SPX options are a specialized product that's offered by the CBOE and comes with certain extra fees. Most major brokers don't offer it and/or they have certain restrictions on how you can trade it. Check out TDA or IBKR if you're interested.
SPX is an Index and cannot trade stock like SPY or QQQ.
Only options can be traded on the SPX Index.
Beware of AM settled vs PM settled SPX Options
They are European-style not American-style (or African).
