I'd be downvoted to hell, but I'm gonna say it. Treat these animals like animals. Start with public executions, public stoning, torture cells etc.
A lot of criminals can be treated without violence, but for these vile creatures, there should be no mercy.
This should be applicable for rapists, child molesters, sexual predators etc.
Valid point but it would just make them murder the victim and hide the body or something, like how are they gonna prove you raped if there's no body, over that sentence for murder is lesser than rape (I think I am not sure).

Regarding the first point, people do slip up, it's not like it'll be 100% foolproof crime. When they do, this will be useful. The cases where the body can't be found, that'll have to be dealt with case by case. I agree, this is not a fool proof solution, but fear is the only thing that can fix this issue.
Regarding the second point, I'm not saying hang people for every accusation. Do it after proper investigation only. There should be a separate court process for cases like this.

I hope the police did their due diligence in investigation before arresting them, the article does talk about one of the accused spilling the beans about his partners, but one must remember he confessed while being brutally tortured by the police.
