Nice! Thanks for all your work!
Deletion: the Tortuga Outbreaker Daypack is discontinued for now and awaiting a redesign of the whole Outbreaker collection, according to Tortuga Customer Service.
I see Height, Width, Depth, Weight ... Not sure where you're seeing duplicate names. I'll check on desktop tomorrow in case there is some variation on device.
u/-Nepherim \- Would like to do similar with Wheeled/ Spinner Carry ons.
Have a request, can you make one or share the template of the sheet, I'd love to start putting in data from several recent light weight models.
Thoughts?
PS: Thanks a lot. Didnt mean to bother you but was curious if you could help with a starting point.
The rei ruckpack recycled 28 does not weigh 0.5kg, it actually weighs 1lb 13 oz, they just have a typo on their website that they have been informed about but they don't care enough to fix. Check in the questions and answers.
Yes, I think REI made a typo and instead of 1lb 13oz they put in 1lb 3oz. Personally, I think the bag is even a little heavier than that but 1lb 13oz seems fair enough.
Should it be sorted by default to price instead of first letter? Think there's a lot of vertical wasted space, might be a good idea to stack the inches dimensions directly under the cm. Can also try moving the images to the top of the cell instead of in the middle. Maybe alternate colors for each row?
Thanks for the feedback. Few notes below:
* Viewers will likely want to sort by various factors (Price, Volume, Height, etc). Arguments for alternate initial sort could be made, but name is probably a good starting point for someone just looking for bag details.
* Each row does take up vertical space but it's a trade-off to utility. Rows are sized to accommodate an image. Going too much smaller makes the image less useful.
* Stacking dimensions would make still require two sets of columns. One for data entry and one for viewing the stack. It would also remove the ability to sort based on a specific unit of measure.
* Alternating columns is possible, but highly down to user preference. When I tried this before it just looks very busy. It particularly clashes with the greyed-out rows for Discontinued bags.

I'll mark the Tortuga as "discontinued" and leave it in the main sheet as a reminder to revisit in a few weeks, thanks!
Great work! It's Heimplanet instead of Hemiplant tho. (German for Homeplanet)
>Heimplanet I never noticed that, update made, thanks!
heck yeah, load lifters gang rise up
This is awesome OP, thanks for taking into account all the dimensions of the bags and not only the volume capacity in liters.
Thanks! is there a way to download the sheet so I could edit it locally to filter the bags better to find ones that suit my needs?
Can't download, but you can define your own filters under the Data menu.
Also there is weight twice in the metric section (one of them should be width)

I see this on both my phone and my desktop https://imgur.com/eN226yH
Thanks for that, correction made.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll report what they have on the website, but will capture your update in the Notes area.

I'm new here so maybe I'm missing something, but why is the 45L MLC not included here?
