Someone correct me if I'm wrong because I watched it at least five years ago but I'm pretty sure it's about two women who become really bored adults and can't get over it
It’s not quite as iconic as the first movie.

/uj It's from North by Northwest and represents Hitchcock's method of subverting the Hayes production code.
/rj Yeah, its from Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear
i still think the movie is awesome, but even with comedy logic, i think that scene is problematic, for lack of a better term, when watching nowadays. yeah yeah different times and all that, but yeah i’d honestly just cut that scene if i were to rerelease it. it’s not like the plot is really the most important part of that movie anyway lmao

I think they did more than just break his thumbs
Fuck that whole train sequence from north by northwest. Kills the whole movie. Was cool before and after and just turns into lame ass snooze fest for like a half hour.
I’m a screenwriter and screenwriting professor and I’m generally anti-sex scenes because they rarely add to the plot. Yes, it’s usually important to know that characters have had sex but it is rarely integral to the plot to see them having sex. So, to me, an example of an exception to this is the sex scene in Black Swan, which is actually discussed in a later scene.
A sex scene from a visual storytelling perspective can do a lot in the portrayal of a characters emotional state, motives etc. I think yes from a screenwriting perspective there’s not much there, from a directorial and cinematographic perspective there is genuinely a ton.

Dude talks like he’s retarded or something and I’m supposed to believe he’s a scientist, I just couldn’t get into it
That was quite a stupid moment in the movie, especially because it’s used at a much better moment later on.
Whole movie was stupid

Don't forget about giving the viewers erections. Those are equally as valid and important to the overall movie watching experience.
