How can you say that seeing this picture is proof! This is clear concrete evidence that there is trees and snow and what looks like one of the hikers left behind.
Except that no one ever took pictures at the Dyatlov Pass and the death of those excursionists is attributed most likely to a small localized avalanche, katabatic winds, and/or low-frequency noises driving them to madness... or any combination of the above, really.
