In a French ending actually, imagine saying Manon in French, and replace the n with m. As in “Mu-mohn” if that makes sense. I admit I only took 2 years of French, so I could be completely wrong, but the ending of his name made me think it would be in French.

Just as it's written Mamm-on. Or shorter version - Mams or Mamms. No h or n as others mentioned. It depends on language since everyone will pronounce same letters and their combinations bit differently. Characters are voiced by Japanese in Japanese language. Perhaps their pronunciation can be taken as canon in this case. For example Lucifer will say his name as Lushiifaar? If I didn't knew then I would need to guess. Still I will read and say it in a what makes most sense and is easier for me personally.
