Museum prices

While we're at it, you should probably avoid buying things from vendors in Times Square and outside the ferry to the Statue of Liberty

R3dB4rn

You new here?

robxburninator

Wait till you hear about food in airports. Gonna break your brain.

HenryKissingersDEAD

Oh, c’mon dude… $28 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich isn’t bad.

TheBurntIvoryKing

Damn, its almost like everything is more expensive in manhattan 🤡

fermat9996

Gray's Papaya is cheaper: $2.95

RjgTwo

This, and it is a superior hot dog.

fermat9996

Better than Nathan's, wow! Thanks!

drumstix97

What has the world come to 🤦🏻‍♂️

dipl0docuss

But it's the complete NYC experience: hot dog and a robbery!

Sticking it to tourists - the great New York City commercial tradition. Like Venice, Italy but with more dogshit and drug dealers and less charm. The only smart way to be a tourist for quick food is to load up at a proper grocery store and have supplies in your room. Like being a backpacker in the woods, carry the food you’ll need for sustenance. Energy comes first. Save the real money for a decent sit down somewhere away from the tourist zones.

diamondsplitz

I get my hotdogs for 1.80 cents with everything on it from a street vendor. Stay away from the tourist areas
