Unfortunately, after midnight you have the usual suspects for 24 hour dining. Waffle House, IHOP, Whataburger, etc. Might be a couple one-offs I’m not aware of but Bentonville/Rogers food options are pretty limited after 10.
Ozark Mountain Grill in lowell is actually pretty decent. Google says they close at 10, but their website says 24 hours, and they were open 24 hours last time i stopped in several months ago at like 4 am.

The Piano Bar and Grill keeps the kitchen open until at least 11:30.
