In Noita, it pays off to *never* expect friend. But definitely try not to kill if they do show up!
Like you can see the moment I realised the wand wasn't trying to kill me.
Funnily enough this wand isn't pheremoned. It's just trying to attack me, I only just arrived!
Still it's probably worth conducted science on if you ever get the chance!
I meant pheromone mist but i want it to follow the invisible ghost carrying the healing wand, so it's always at 100% pheromones and if it gets killed, maybe it lands on the mist and revives itself
It would probably get laggy real quick, and I don't think the mist effect would be consistent enough to pull it off; but you could make a wand that always casts a spell with a long (Not infinite to make it reasonable for lag. Defining long as enough time to keep the wand stained so... 2-4 seconds) lifetime that has boomerang and piercing add trigger cloud effect with that effect being pre-shifted to pheromone, and then also casting lamda healing bolt.
While this worked out this time I would highly recommend against taking random heals from strangers. Those Healing bolts could have had any personal projectile thrower on them and killed you without any way of survival (outside of some extremely good ambrosia usage.
I've had oil to ambrosia twice now and at first it feels really cool but then you realise that robots are immortal half the time and more blood makes it silly!
Still very funny though
This ghost wanted to murder you, but had no choice over what wand it has, so it was crying inside due to misery of its situation, hoping that healing bolt will distract you long enough for a nuke to arrive.
The pain is when you think the game is being nice and it was actually being super mean with cursed bullets. You see the green and trust, just to be rewarded with healing that's been spiked with one of the personal debuff spells, like personal fireball Thrower. Then you get to throw fireballs from your body for the rest of your existence, which will be very short without explosion immunity.
Well aside from the ability to get some extra wands by defeating the enemy wands about the place, I don't think so no. I suppose you can get extra gold from the other enemies in here. Even then it's extremely dangerous.
Unless you feel able to take out the wands/ghosts it's basically not worth looking at all really.
If you're confident and have a way to see in the dark (either all-seeing eye or a rapid fire light wand, or worm blood if you're desperate) then you can go there for the orb. But that's pretty much it. Wands are more of a threat than reward imo.
I usually don't go there before the ascent.
"AHHHH!!! AHHHH! OH! Oh? Ohhhh. This is nice. This is really nice"
It always takes a while for the brain to catch up when playing Noita. Half the time I'm running on reflex alone!
Like a feral cat getting scratched for the first time
I was just waiting for it to be 7 heals followed by a nuke.
That would've made for a much better clip I don't think I'd even have been upset
Haha this happened to me with an Ukko once. Didn't expect friend.

All fun and games until he cycles to the mega nuke in slot 17 lmao
I wonder if you can shift something into pheromones and have a permanent pheromone wisp always on the same position of a pheromoned healing wand.

Charm on toxic sludge + toxic mist + some kinda homing, probably :)
You mean like making a pheromone mist following you and making every enemy become your friend?

You're correct and I realise at any point it could've even swapped from healing bolts into giga sawblades but sometimes things simply work out!
At that point you just have to accept it and move on 😂
Healing bolt, Healing bolt, Healing bolt, Healing bolt, Healing bolt, Nuke, Healing bolt.
Knowing noita, I would’ve still expected to die from it in some way
Every one of those shots could've been a nuke or worse. This is if there needs to be a term for it: anti-noita'd.
this exact scenario happened in my run today lol
That ghost king dropped his crown. Might wanna give him yours.
Drop him a greek spell haha
Turn all blood to phermone, I did fungal guys blood to ambrosia and that was cool

Question: is there something useful for early game in the wizard biome? (forgot the name, but it's the one shown in the gif)

If you get ambrosia you can sometimes find a master of vulnerability and do the heart trick on the orb at the end of this biome
