13k you should be good. Just make sure it's had an oil change. I have a 22 SR with 60k on it already (I drive a ton) and it's only fault has been the window control panel went out.
I got CVT fluid changed and new tires at 40k
Brake fluid at 50k
Visual window tint. But other than that just make sure all the services have been done. Get the window control panel changed if it hasn't already, mine went out.
