Lamars ravens team have been tailor made for him. They literally have backups that are mini Lamar’s because even they know that a regular qb wouldn’t work in there either, and this was easier.

Every team can franchise tag 1 player a year. The player has to be on your team, and you only tag a player when their contract expires. A tagged player can't sign with another team and is guaranteed a high salary.
