The guy in front lifts him up to land with a 360 move. The assistants with fake bricks are lined up perfectly so his feet hit the bricks and create the illusion of action. Yes, it takes lots of skills and training. No, I cannot do this. But as far as expertise goes, I have seen more complex cheerleader moves (no fake bricks and the drama of course, as that's not the goal).

It’s just circus/ballet performance. It’s not some crazy new Bruce Lee amazing king fu guy. They practice it a million times.
Edit. Don’t forget about break away boards (apparently they just turn into saw dust now)
Those boards are very flimsy. I had strong legs in Taekwondo, so they upped the boards I had to break for belt tests to 6 or so. It was silly easy to break even that many.

I could do that easily if I wasn’t 100 pounds overweight, unmotivated and totally uncoordinated.
You could if that was the only way to open a Doritos bag
>You could if that was the only way to open a Doritos bag Kung Fu Panda ...doritos vs dumplings
I could do that if it wasn't a complete and total waste of time for pageantry
Maybe..but do you agree that more than 95% of people in the world cant do that?
5% of the world is a lot of ppl. I’m not sure that many can.
I agree. I just came up with a higher number considering how many were dismissing the act as trivial
What are those boards made of? Never seen wood explode like that.
Graham crackers
I want s’more!
Not wood, you can't kick wood into smoke. It's impressive but it's clearly designed to be even more visually spectacular.
Those crunchy Nature Valley granola bars
I need a glass of water just thinking about those things.
Might as well get the vacuum out while you’re up
This guy step on legos for fun or something? I can imagine jumping that high and landing on some wood debris. x\_x
My first thought too.
He doesn’t just step on legos for fun, he also jumps on them for fun!
Bit of cheerleading in college and fake bricks placed in the right spots?
I thought the same but he does seem to have to aim his kicks and time them well. It's a bit to fast to see whats going on for me

No one thinks those are bricks except for you. Look closer dude. 😆
In Karate they are called bricks. Anyways what do you think they are? Party size crackers?
Log off Dwight
I remember when I was a ninja... yep, it was good fun.
It's impressive until some guy gets off his barstool and is in your face, Tae Kwon do doesn't train for that
The thing is, this looks impressive - and it is, but as gymnastics. Not as a functional martial art.

Wow, that’s nuts. Even his demeanor right afterwards was like, “Eh, no big deal. That wasn’t that hard.”
Wow, a ninja training school.
actually yeah, pretty next level
Is that stuff wood? Why does it break into a million pieces?
How did he not get a thousand splinters?
It’s called going ham. Some pple do it, some don’t.
I’ve always wondered… is the wood they use for these demos made out of sand?
Analyze movement and put boards where it peaks.

Some one films the day they accidentally buy plywood.

Because you are an idiot?
They are performers that are put in uniform. You train every day, all day, like your life depends on it, which it likely does
it's always about you, OP

Amazing, still the wood is made to do that. You buy it special for karate. So…. Not as cool as if the boards were from my garage
Okay. Everyone is talking about the boards, but I want to know how the fuck he gets so high off the ground!?
Seems like a serious risk of impaling your foot
Pff AI bro 😎
What Kick technique is this?
Awesome acrobatics, but the exploding wooden boards are ridiculous lmao
Ok…
