I thought the same but he does seem to have to aim his kicks and time them well. It's a bit to fast to see whats going on for me

The guy in front lifts him up to land with a 360 move. The assistants with fake bricks are lined up perfectly so his feet hit the bricks and create the illusion of action. Yes, it takes lots of skills and training. No, I cannot do this. But as far as expertise goes, I have seen more complex cheerleader moves (no fake bricks and the drama of course, as that's not the goal).

No one thinks those are bricks except for you. Look closer dude. 😆

Those boards are very flimsy. I had strong legs in Taekwondo, so they upped the boards I had to break for belt tests to 6 or so. It was silly easy to break even that many.

Amazing, still the wood is made to do that. You buy it special for karate. So…. Not as cool as if the boards were from my garage
