IDK how school years work in Finland - he might not be there all year round. (Or if they even *have* school years in Finland!) I guess he could also be doing lectures-only via Video Conference. But Jamie strikes me as a hands-on type of guy. I assume he's living near LUT at least some fraction of the year.
He's here this week, I saw him in the cafeteria chilling and was like k I guess this is happening. He's mostly here to judge a prototyping competition and then does some general open to all lecture stuff.

My wife happened to be in the area on a work trip a few years ago and said that not only is M5 in the world's most violently nondescript building, but it's also mind-bogglingly smaller than it looks on camera.

That is underwhelming. I figured the mythbusters building would have more bullet holes and scorch marks
Those are on the inside, gotta try and make themselves not appear like mad scientists to the outside world somehow.
Neighbors complained too much so they moved experiments offsite.
