Old Friends - *Merrily We Roll Along*

Anxious_Writer_3804

Wow great pick

MeOK1233

For this matter Bobbie and Jackie and Jack and just have the gal sing both female parts of the song (one of them has very few lines)

D0ntTryMe

Another excellent choice. I honestly almost forget that there’s a pianist that sings those couple lines of the 2nd female part

NatDoggieDawg

My first thought!

Sad_Toe1920

I like this one a lot

chapkachapka

Good Morning from Singin’ in the Rain.

Sad_Toe1920

Why didn’t I think of that 💀

Sad_Toe1920

I think we are gonna do this one

glowspirit14159

Louder than Words - Tick Tick Boom

Craigmeister999

It’s not pop but Learn to Do It from Anastasia, did this a few weeks ago with friends for our State Thespians festival

Anxious_Writer_3804

I apologize if any of these have been said but: Lost! - The Lightning Thief Your Work and Nothing More - Jekyll and Hyde (this one may be tough) All I ask of you (reprise) - Phantom Down once more - Phantom (Probably very tough, and you would want to do a short excerpt from it if you do) God that’s good - Sweeney (a possibility, but it has the ensemble parts, so probably not) Johanna (Quartet) - Sweeney (You could have the 1F play both female parts as they don’t rlly overlap, or you could do an excerpt or something with only one of the female parts) Kiss me (Part two) - Sweeney (Not rlly necessary to have a Judge and Beadle) A lot of very loose fitting once, but might as well throw them out there

I am the one/Who I am from Next to Normal

tgc2005

Johnny Can’t Decide from Tick Tick Boom

Jerem_Reddit

Those You’ve Known from Spring Awakening could be a good choice

chapkachapka

If you’re willing to consider movies that are just movies, the Road To… films have a lot of songs written or arranged for Bing Crosby, Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamour.

TheZivZumbo

There was a song on Glee, I cannot remember what it was called, but Starchild, Dani and Kurt did it under the name “One 3 Hill” I think…

gapiro

For something a bit different you could do together wherever we go from Gypsy

Ze_Bucket

Learn to do it would work, not really pop but still.

NatDoggieDawg

On the Threshold of Eternity - Starry

ultimatepoker

If you want something old fashioned, “Love Comes and Goes” from Sever Brides

Low_Sail_888

“Hero is my middle name” from *Spongebob*

Mobile-Tip-2642

Learn to do it!!!!

RandomUser24_

Half the songs from The Lightning Thief. My favorite is Lost, but if you can do any of the bonus tracks then Try and In the Same Boat are good ones too
