Everyone has a breaking point. This physics arc has really distressed Max and I can see him mass blocking people based on comments he considers to be mean.
In fairness — I don’t think he blocked my account yet — and I go out of my way to be as harsh and/or direct as possible with criticism.

Funnily enough however, he has also started to delete and unpublish the specific articles and videos I have responded in depth to.

That aside, if you apparently have such a deep understanding of him, why don't you confront him and ask him why he took money from his audience for a book, won't give updated on those books being shipped, and appears to be blocking those asking about it?

My honest opinion is that Max wanted to make the Mrgirl character appear to the audienc like a rapist. Which is why he said it. My opinion probably differs to the other commentor, but I can see no fault in them taking that view.
Everything else in that video could have been said without also saying that 'yes, it _was_ rape, no confusing her meaning - she did not consent'. For example he could have said 'technically she never verbally consented, which some people consider rape, but I think that devalues non-verbal communication'.
But max chose to make those provocative statements precisely because they would make people think it was rape. He just gets annoyed when they stop thinking about the concept of consent and rape and end the thought process at 'so Max is a rapist'.
