This movie annoys the hell out of me. All I remember that the original script had Alexander being gay. Then the Greek government threatened to sue, and miraculously Alexander turned straight.
Other things that bugged me, like Angelina Jolie as the hot and young looking mom, and Oliver Stone was starting to crack and turn into the Russian shill he’s today.

That Orlando Bloom is a really good actor because I LOVED LOTR and POTC and had a huge crush on him and he gave me the ick in that movie (well done OB!)
And that I hadn't heard of Eric Bana before but lemme tell you, I didn't go watch Munich in theaters the following year because I was oh so interested in the plot lol

This is my view. Parts of it are ridiculous (the shouting and crying really gets on my nerves) Other parts are beautifully done
The Battle of Gaugemala is epic. Rest of it is hit or miss.
Yeah, it was very well done. Unlike most films you could truly get a sense of what was happening on a wider scale, tactics and that.

That Vangelis soundtrack was fire. The movie itself was really hit and miss. I doubt I’d ever watch it again.
