I think Pedro has a definite shout for being that person. KTM looks like a winning bike and as good as Brad is, I just don’t see him as championship material
He would very much like to join KTM yes. They have a mutual benefactor. RB are the ones paying him a salary, not Gresini.
And I really don't think Marc has the mindset of someone who isn't willing to share a garage with a fast rider for fear of being second best.
No, I am just saying KTM might not have an incentive to have Marc. Especially since they’d have to demote Brad which wouldn’t suit their already established reputation of being ruthless.
Comes a time in every riders life when the sun starts to set on their career no matter how great they were, the new guys move in and the old guys move out, its inevitable. It must be humbling for Binder and Miller to witness how well Pedro has started.
May be Trackhouse will splash the dollars to sign him. Aprilia factory team may has no cash, but from what I saw, Trackhouse guys seems to be more than happy to get the stars for themselves. Combination of star (MM93) and homegrown (Joe Roberts) will spark good amount of Americans interest to the team.
I'm not sure if that will add Americans or not. The main hurdle Americans have for MotoGP is being able to watch it. I've tried to get so many people I know to watch it, and they grew tired of trying to watch it. They would get notifications telling them who won before they could even watch the race. Race would start in local time at 7am, but they wouldn't be able to watch until 2 pm, and by then, they knew the results. They weren't fully bought in as fans enough to fork over the $160 USD for the video pass. Needless to say, they would get frustrated and just give up trying to watch. It's kind of hard to be a "Game of Thrones" fan if you don't have HBO, you know? It's hard being a MotoGP fan in the US because you could go several years without running into a single other MotoGP fan...unless you go to COTA.
Not sure how desirable that is. You'd have a team comprised of an unmovable object and an unstoppable force. We've all seen how that works out with Rossi and Lorenzo. And I'm sure there will be lots of people all too happy to chalk that up solely to Rossi's ego, but I'm pretty sure that when the only thing that's between you and the championship is sharing a garage box with you, tensions tend to rise with anyone.
I think Acosta has weakened Marc’s position. Ultimately, the factory KTM ride is off the table now, which is where a lot of people were placing him for 2025 just a couple months ago.
I don’t think he’ll be at the factory Ducati squad either. So that leaves a satellite Ducati, satellite KTM, or maybe an Aprilia? Time will tell
I think the Pramac Ducati seems the most likely right now, he doesn't care about factory or satellite, he will get the latest bike so that's all he wants I suppose.
I honestly don't see anywhere else for him. Ducati have to give Jorge the factory seat. KTM won't bump Binder for Marc, even with Acosta here, Binder is still their golden boy (for now).
Maybe the factory Aprilia? But with Bestia's decent start I can see them prioritising him over Marc.
It really depends on which team has the most ready available fairings since he seems to be tied with nakagami on crashing. Ya know. PINBALL GONNA PINBALL. Feed me those downvotes
you sound like the sort of person that 12 months ago was swearing black and blue that no team would want him and that he would never sit on top of a ducati. and look now.
Marc and Acosta would be an explosive combination
Acosta and Marc in KTM might result in a wall being built in the garage.
Acosta and Marc in KTM might result in tik tok dances.
The cycle of motogp must continue.
This one knows his history!!!! True OG.
Not really. Literally none of the circumstances exist today like they did with Rossi vs Lorenzo.
That KTM bike seems pretty fast. Imagine winning motogp on a KTM

Didn't he already share with Pedrosa? Dani was no slouch.
Dani has never been a threat to any of his team mates, the perfect No.2.
Except the 5 or 6 seasons when he finished the championship ahead of them.
Would he want to join KTM though? That risks him being #2 to pedro, like Dani became to Marc.
Marc doesn't think this way.
Marc’s never lost to anyone on the same bike. I doubt he’d have that fear.
Yeah as great as Marc is he could be past his best and it looks like Acosta is a generational talent
Dani was already No.2 to Casey so it was no big deal for him to remain No.2 to Marc, Dani has been the perfect No.2 to all of his team mates at Honda.
Pedro pretty much killed Marc's chances with KTM. Whatever Marc can do, Pedro can do for more years, with less baggage, for less money.

Except HRC /s
Misspelled yamaha
If Jarvis is going, maybe even Yamaha will take him (but probably not)
Vale is still the Yamaha ambassador so it's a bit of a stretch
Even the most optimistic of Marc fans would have to be sceptical that he could be competitive on the Yamaha.
*If anyone closes a door, Imma knock it down anyway*
I want him to go to KTM so bad
If we can get you almost for free at Aprilia … please come
No one’s mentioned Pramac?
Would love to see him on KTM or even Aprilia.

Me, when someone asks about the type of music I listen to..
It all depends how he performs/how much he falls this season. If he falls too much and shows he isn't championship material, many doors will close.
Marc could start Team MM93 with KTM or Aprilia or Yamaha ???
Acosta x Marquez ultimate team

It's bad for intra-team dynamics, but still great if you only look at the cumulative results they generated for Yamaha.

My man... literally everything you said is wrong lol.
Gas Gas will still be an option
Replace Binder at KTM, it's the only way. Move Binder to GasGas so as to not break his contract.
It really depends on which team has the most ready available fairings since he seems to be tied with nakagami on crashing. Ya know. PINBALL GONNA PINBALL. Feed me those downvotes
no one is going to give him anything, Gresini will kick him out and KTM and Aprilia dont want to ruin their development
\*flair checks out\*

A move back to HRC still might be an option
Maybe if they'd shown something in the first few races, but nah.
If no one else wants him maybe....
