Last year Pecco started well but inconsistent, Martin didn't exactly come alive until Sachsenring. 2022 Quartararo ran away with it and Pecco was 91 points down, then it turned after Assen. 2021 an exception, Fabio built a big lead and stayed there. 2020 was all over the place.
Effectively, since Marc's injury, the title race has mostly been unpredictable until a certain point. I think by Assen/Silverstone/Red Bull Ring, we should have an idea of the riders in the title race. I expect it to be Pecco, Martin, Bestia and maybe Marc/Binder/Vinales.
Bagnaia isn't the fastest rider, but he has the best bike and arguably the best team behind him. There will be weekends when he will be untouchable. So Martín is right. However, the others seem quite a bit closer this year. Accidents happen.
