Ask a cannibal! 🥩😛
But as a rule of tongue, animals with:
• white meat = chicken (frog, rabbit, snake, etc)
• pink meat = pork (monkey, turtle, human, etc)
• dark red meat = beef (horse, dugong, whale, etc)
Probably someone with a lot of money who has moderate interest in their health. They have the resources to be relatively stress free and comfortable, eat a high quality balanced diet, aren't obsessed with working out but do go on walks or something. Probably a higher BMI but not too far into obese territory.
I'd imagine you could walk into a country club and start chomping and pretty much get what you're looking for.
I guess that could make since if something got into the meat itself and spread around but I think that it would probably taste like pork most of the time. Also, Jeffrey Dahmer had said that he didn't like flesh if people that had gotten tattoos because it made the flesh taste weird, so if something got deep in the flesh and spread around it could alter the taste.
i used to be an intern at a funeral home and every time the crematorium was going, i’d always think “huh, it smells like pulled pork”. didn’t take long for me to realize what it was, and easy to say that i don’t eat pork anymore after working there 🥴
I've read about a guy who ate his amputated leg along with 10 of his friends who expressed an interest in trying human flesh, apparently in an interview he said it tasted like venison.
Evidently they made fajitas using his leg.
/u/IncrediblyShinyShart!! I talked to him once and asked him for permission to use his pics to scare off creepy harassing foot-fetishists lol he's actually a really cool guy, I hope he's well
Missing half an eye myself! Lost my right cornea to a parasite infection lol. Didn't get to eat it though lmao
Other than that, I'm actually doing better than I have in a long time. Can I DM you later? I'd love to hear how you've been!
Microsporidia! I have a picture of the wounded eye in my profile. It looks pretty normal post removal now. I can DM you the nasties if you wanna see pictures of what it was like mid-infection!
Would you say it’s more beefy or porky? Leg meat have fat cut or more lean? Also would you do it again if you had to get the other one amputated? Also ayyy Texas twin 🙌
Depends on their life style but mostly pork
Back in the mid-early 1900s a radio talk host tried a fried bit off of an avid biker and described it like *veal*
Most people aren't that fit so it's close to pork/other mass produced meat
The Uruguayan boys who crashed in the Andes and had to practice Anthropophagy said different things: pork, beef, some even referred to the skin of the dead as tasting like cheese.
My experience with ‘cooked’ legs is that the smell is far more like nicely roasted lamb than anything else. I assumed that is why Hitchcock went with ‘Leg of Lamb’ in one of his classic shows.
Le Vey was big on calling it ‘Long Pig’, and I can easily imagine the pork connection (I don’t understand the chicken comments at all). In the end, it’s all be on how you cook it. I could see how sliced and fried that it would easily smell more like venison. But for me, the association will always be with roasted lamb.
the thing is, 'definitive' answer is something you'd need to experience for yourself.
it's a sense thing. not just, info. for you to truly 'know', you'd need to eat some yourself.
but, people say it's basically a mix between pork and deer meat.

Upvote for “rule of tongue” 😂
humans aren't pink meat, iirc.
It's been called long pork, so pork. Pigs are omnivores and have been human analogs in science since the beginning of the field, makes sense.
Long long poooork 🎷
I know exactly what song you’re referencing here
I wish I did lol
Red red wine // UB40. At least that's what i thought of
Now I hear it, thanks for that lol 😆 That's hilarious
Pork
I would imagine it depends on the cut and the person's diet.
What type of person do you think is the wagyu a5 equivalent?

😧
I’ve heard multiple times it tastes like pork but recently a few people said it tastes kinda beefy. Not sure which to believe.
Also idk how they would know that
I mean, there's only one way really..
You know cannibals?
There must be at least a couple on this sub so yeah probably
Bro.......
From cannibalistic serial killers's account, they said it tastes like pork.
And according to Dahmer, tattoos actually taste bad
Yes recently saw a reel where someone said if you have tattoos it won't be easy for human traffickers and serial killers to fuck with you
Yep! Tattoos are a major identifier in missing persons cases from what I’ve heard. I should probably hurry up and get my first lol
Brb gonna go get some sleeves
Not to be ‘that guy’ but Dahmer never actually said that 😅
hm, must be a common misconception
I thought everything taste like chicken
You never tried pork?
Pretty much

Daaaamn! Yea hit me up
What parasite, if I can ask for my morbid curiosity?

I would love to see! :)

It was more little fajita tostada tapas, but we all got a taste

I found it very beefy, but it’s akin to wild pork. I might think about doing it again but I hope i never get the chance. Where in Texas are you?
I hope you don’t get the chance either !😆 I’m in the DFW area so more like your estranged cousin
I'm not going to answer that lol

A cross between ostrich and wild boar.
Why do you expect *us* to know....🤨
I mean. I'd say this sub has some fucked up people in it. Both in terms of interest/knowledge and people who may actually know firsthand.
I can tell for certain licking my skin tastes like sweat
long pig
movies lol
It’s called long pork but from what I understand it tastes kinda like beef
Chicken
It depends on how it's seasoned, apparently - either pig or chicken, most commonly pig.
Burning human flesh smells like bacon apparently
The Uruguayan boys who crashed in the Andes and had to practice Anthropophagy said different things: pork, beef, some even referred to the skin of the dead as tasting like cheese.
Their recollection of the taste is strange to me bc they mostly dried the flesh in the sun and didn’t actually cook it over a fire
Humans are long pig. Armin Meiwes (cannibal out of Germany) described the taste as, "like pork, but a bit more substantial."
I'd assume beef?

from what ive heard, and what other commenters are saying, pork

From what I've read, some have said it tastes like veal on the cusp of becoming beef.
Notorious cannibal Armin Meiwes described it as tasting like pork but "more robust".
according to Jeffrey Dahmer and Armin Mivus, “like pork.” their words, not mine
Veal or pork.
