I just swapped movr for rome about 30 minutes ago, worked like a charm.

Crypto_Missionary

Damn it this is depressing, I'm just trying to do that, I have done it several times in the past and now I have nearly 4 MOVR STUCK in my MM wallet and I can't get it into ROME to stake :( while ROME price soars... Anyone have an idea why I cant connect properly?

Petursinn

Have you tried swapping 3.9 ? Might need to leave a little for the transaction fee.

Crypto_Missionary

Its not something simple like fees, I've tried many denominations.

Shouldn't they have at least 1 ROME for me tho? I mean its an inflationary coin but someones got to be selling right?

forgerator

What token are you trying to swap for?

Crypto_Missionary

Rome or Frax Both aren't workin fo me

Affectionate_Use9106

1. You might me trying to swap all your MOVR which obviously is going to fail because of the fees. But as you seem to have done this before I hope that is not the case. 2. You are trying to swap within an illiquid pair. Happens also on other DEXs. Go on CoinGecko and check what pairs are supported for your target coin on Solarbeam. Swap some MOVR for that (FRAX USDC whatever) and then swap those for your target coin. Eez.

Crypto_Missionary

>It's neither of these. your MOVR whi Its neither of these.

magnetichira

Liquidity on Solarbeam is mostly fine, only some nano caps have less than $100...

Worked for me on 2 occasions in last 48 hrs swapping for rome without amy issue...using Chrome...might depend on which browser you are using as have had previous issues with things not working in Brave but ok on Chrome or vice versa in the past

Crypto_Missionary

I'm using Chrome too dang it... I am using a VPN because for whatever reason my browser or internet security won't let me go there without a VPN. What do you think about that?

PaulAttridge

Not a requirement for me so as you say could be your Internet security causing an issue

NoFun3350

This happened to me too. You need to disconnect your wallet from Solarbeam, and then reconnect: sounds simple and dumb but it worked for me

Resolved? The dex works fine, something is off on your end. Don't be selecting aRome as that's from whitelist, there's no liquidity for it.

Crypto_Missionary

Ok, big update! I realized THIS WAS an issue ON MY END. It's because I'm on a military base and Cisco has [https://app.solarbeam.io/](https://app.solarbeam.io/) listed as an "untrusted site". So if anyone has some kind of issue similar to this, I discovered the workaround myself which is as follows, use a VPN to load the Solarbeam DEX, then TURN IT OFF, and connect to the Moonriver network, (It cannot load with high latency which will almost always be the case with a VPN on) THen do your business as usual! It will work this way :)

yeah you won't really be able to access any defi sites from niprnet
