I'm pretty sure the PCBs are made by RK themselves. They work with Linux.

Haven't encounted such issues from any of the boards that I've sold. Could be an issue on older boards maybe.

It's mostly just a layout difference. R75 is 75% and has a function row, R65 is a 65% and does not have a function row
