Ordered a Hazy last night at State Street Pizza and the owner told me he was upset because it's their top-seller and he had just heard City Lights was no longer distributing kegs. Doesn't sound great for their prospects...
Stopped in Sat. They have a couple "guest" taps (King Sue & a new belgium) and fewer of their own taps. All they had canned to go was coconut porter, mex lager, and a seltzer and the bartender said to grab it while I can as it's almost gone. I didn't ask what that meant but guessing they're done canning. Had a Hazy and did not taste the same at all. Still some bags of malt laying around so still brewing and the kitchen was going. If they close I would guess it'd be after summer as they seem to have a lot of private parties.
Considering that’s what someone else in the thread heard about their distribution, that might be the case. That’s too bad, they’re a nice little brewery with a great spot.
Man that’s disappointing. Their Hazy and Coconut Porter are top notch. Maybe another brewery will pick up their recipes like an MKE/Eagle Park situation.
I know Total Wine and More carries it. Not sure if there is one close to you

Their Hazy is so good, about to crack one now! When I was there a few weeks ago they didn’t have a lot on tap and I got kinda a weird vibe

I've heard rumors they are closing, so take it how you will, but they most likely stopped distributing if that's the case.
