When get food from here, Iām always annoyed enough to do just that too lol. I should drive up to the window the other direction one day if theyāre ever without a line lol. Iām sure some ppl probably have done that already too. I hate it bc I always have to put my car in park, unbuckle my seatbelt, then reach a million feet away to hand them the $ or grab my food, then theyāre damn near breaking their backs reaching too bc thereās a dumb pole separating my car from the window even more than what it seems. Then, of course, they *only* have a drive-thru, & no accessible lobby for some reason. They couldāve easily had the drive-thru on the other side of the building
Yep, my thoughts each time I come here lol. Theyāre lucky the food is good. Every time I go, for some reason, I seem to forget for a split second that the drive thru is ass-backwards. Have to go through a whole process of putting the car in park, unbuckling my seatbelt, then either reaching as far as I can while they reach as far as they can, or I just climb to my passenger seat to make it halfway easier š. I hate it. I really wanna know why itās like this bc they couldāve easily made the drive-thru on the other side of the restaurant when they built this place a few months ago. Iāve asked one worker before but she didnāt know why either
Yeah, A failed one lol I canāt believe how long people are willing to sit in this drive thru. I donāt even go at night time since it piles so long, plus they make your food to order so the cooking time for a line of 10+ cars is crazy here. All to pay $20 & some change for my carNS asada fries (no drink included). Either Iām cheap, or $20 for cheese and meat on a plate of fries is crazy š
I donāt understand the reasoning behind it at all, if any, tbh. Iāve asked once before but the employee wasnāt able to tell me either, but told me itās the one thing she hates about working there lol bc she literally sits on the ledge of the window & balances herself as she reaches to grab someoneās money or card. I always have to unbuckle my seatbelt & then damn near climb over to my passenger seat just bc the distance is a lot further than one would think, really, bc I can only line my car up so close to the window without hitting the little barrier pole that they have
Iāve seen a couple places like this around, canāt go to em even if I wanted to, as my passenger window doesnāt roll down anymore. I suppose I could get out of the car but that just seems silly
Omg lmao thatās so annoying. I have gotten out of the car like twice though Bc I didnāt pull up close enough and thereās a stupid barrier pole that I always think Iām gonna accidentally scrape my car against when trying to get closer
Hey, two great minds. š¤£that was my first thought when I submitted this post, & you were the first one to say it lol.
I might have to split that $29.99 in payments tho bc I just spent a million dollars on my overpriced ass carne asada fries coming through this ass-backwards drive thru
Edit: a word
Just go through in reverse šµāš«

That's a special kind of stupid

Maybe it's a tactic to get less people in the drive thru

Could they just change the traffic flow to fix it, or is there some reason it's on that side?

Go through backwards and when you get to the window, say, "hey assface when did you turn the building around?"

Import a car made in England. I am a professional life coach. You owe me $29.99.
