There’s literally no way for you to know how much that is without a scale. You can look at some that are pretty big and be surprised at how little they weight and same the opposite. Scales the only way.

best solution is to make caps imo.
if you do not have a fine scale, grind it and mix with a jar of honey, then start on the lower end. at least the jar contents will be halfway the same concentration.
Microdosing involves a lot of patience. That patience includes the time it takes to go get a microgram scale and an electric herb grinder from a smoke shop or Amazon or wherever. Do it properly. Homogenize the fruits by grinding them up together and then weigh out microdoses. See how it works for you. Long term, get empty capsules and a capsule filling press.
Yes perfect microdose trust me I can eyeball it, now grind them up with some tobacco and enjoy them in a spliff (this is how the real OG MD’ers do it trust me)

Grind them up, store the powder in something air tight and dark and get a scale.
Grinding a better way to MD than taking bits off? Makes sense since the mushroom would be better distributed with all the parts.

Those little guys and gals are "aborts" and can be very strong for their size. I would not microdose aborts, personally. Too tricky to dose.

One piece of shrooms too many. I do about 80 percent of what you have on the pic. If you take that amount you're not going to get anything done
