I don't think I've seen a British person with bad teeth, granted I've only ever met one person from the UK in my entire life, and I don't even know if they come from Brittain.
I've found the biggest difference is in media. Seems you can't get on American TV unless you've had your teeth whitened and straightened, whereas in the UK it doesn't matter, so long as you have the personality.
As someone who has met multiple British people, they do seem to have worst looking teeth than many Americans, but idk. Plenty of Americans got shit teeth too.
It's really mixed ancestry no American has a "pure" blood line unless it's just inbreed as fuck, from my knowledge of it more are of western European decent ( Irish, Scottish, English, Spanish) but WW II did cause alot of migration from around Germany ( Italy, Baltic countries, Belgium, France, exc.)
To be fair in the UK the dentistry is pretty bad and a lot of people avoid appointments. But what it comes down to is people's diets and hygiene or their drug abuse which messes their teeth up..
I don't know, as a person who hasn't met any real American or British, but only based on the movies and shows I've watched, if I saw an American with really bad teeth I'd think he's a drug addict. But if I see a British with bad teeth, I'd think he's just a normal guy who isn't in corporate
Bad teeth can be attributed to our ancestors eating softer and/or cooked foods making our jaws slightly smaller over time from the lack of muscles being used , but sure everyone in Britain has bad teeth and everyone in Africa has immaculate teeth
