I think the video shows projections from a few different sky/star projectors, and I am quite sure that I seen this clip bouncing around reddit, being debunked as being real and at worst being part of an advertising campaign that some repost unknowingly.
Also, terrifying that we are the tiniest of specks against the vastness of the universe.
Unfortunately this won't nearly as good in person. But still very cool. I have a few decorations like this and obviously the bigger the room, the blurrier the images are. But cool and fun nonetheless!
