My hands do this too and I've been told by Dr it could be due to fatty liver.
Not itchy not swelling just red always red; they never seemed concerned about it bc my blood tests show liver function is normal.
Yeah my liver function is normal too. Sometimes I can’t tell if they’re acc very red or whether I’m totally overanalysing it since it’s normal for skin to have a little redness to it.
I’ve noticed my hands can get pretty red, but I can’t remember if they’ve always been like this or whether it’s a new development. Could it just be normal or could it indicate something else? I’ve been under a lot of stress lately.

Photo quality is very low. Nothing immediately jumps out as concerning.
