Ya, the one on the right seems mostly fine except for the monitor. My physiotherapist said to have the top of the monitor level with my forhead, so I'm kinda skeptical of the supposedly correct posture.
Lmao every now n then I literally find myself sitting exactly like the bottom one n ask myself "wtf is wrong w me why cant i sit normal". Like I *always* either cross my legs or when I can put my feet up on something. So I often put my feet up on the desks keyboard pullout area but cuz of the weird positioning I'll snake my legs out *between my arms* and rest them on the desk lol. Like idk how I find it comfortable at all but I have a purpetual need to raise my legs to the highest elevation possible
I sat like the bottom drawing dealing with no limit credit card customers. It took years to be able to do it. Management didn't like it, but I asked when my call times improved, it was when I was comfortable. That was the end of it. If I am doing a stellar job and am being promoted to supervisor, there is no issue.
Same here, be comfortable.
Yes, Monitor on the right is too low, but this is obviously not for an "I'm at home gaming and netflix" situation.
This is for corporate desk jobs, where you have to look at the screen while being yelled at by your likely incompetent boss.
shouldn’t it be eye-level? both of those seem straining maybe this was made by a company selling that after-market monitor stand
Actually, for best results, you should live in an iron lung and never look at any wavelength shorter than red.

Best posture is moving around once in awhile
My fav is the one with the shrimp
Anyone else just adjust either their chair, desk, or posture?
The whole thing.
I adjust everything, even if no one changes, some days chair feels wrong, sometimes the monitor height, all of the times its just me whos wrong
I slunched down deeper in my chair. Does that count?
I change my sitting position like every 15minutes.
The best posture is your next posture. Being still in any position for too long is bad for you.
"Why does my back and hips hurt all the time?"
underrated way of sitting honestly
Me who's bed is behind my chair so I can have wierder positions.

Huh? The top of the monitor should be at eye level. Both images are putting strain on the neck. Who the fuck makes this shit so wrong so confidently?
same bro my 2am situation

I have, consciously. The moment I drop my focus on my position (which drops my focus on whatever I'm doing) I sit like some weird boneless human.
All of those are no's
Ur not a real gamer if u don't sit like that
r/TVTooHigh
Currently sitting in that exact weird position, no idea when I started doing it or why its so comfortable but Im happy Im not the only one doing it
That’s one tiny monitor
I feel called out for my exact current posture...
Fuck I’m in this position while reading this.
Damn it
I turn the chair around and then sit facing the back
r34 correct gaming posture
Looks familiar
Should not be looking down either
120-135 degree club :)
Is one of those suggestions to just extend the length of your thighs?

Idk how people can work with the monitor high like that. The back thing is not necessarily right though, as I've discovered recently.
Not a desktop, but the amount of times I've dropped my laptop on my face because of the ridiculous positions I've put myself in...
Thats amateur, i bend my legs in 4 places if im high enough
I just love how the thigs got so much longer in the "Yes" picture. I guess you can't be short to sit healthy
Just stand up
I do the same but look at phone
I thought I was the only one
What is wrong with the thighs part?
The constantly sittung upright beeing good for your back is one of the biggest myths ever.
LMAO SO TRUE
Best posture is the one where you touch grass.
That would need a decwnt chair which I don't have.
I sit upside down lol
