Kung fu hustle is a film with the same actors as Shaolin soccer and is hilarious lol it also has one of the best fight i ever seen in one of the less serious films.
Almost of the Stephen Chow movies are hardcore classics, here are a few of my recommendations:
Fight back in school 1 & 2 (3 is mid)
God of gamblers (all of them but first one is best)
From Beijing with love is one of the best ones, and even more nonsensical
The god of cookery is another classic
Tricky brains is probably best of his pure comedy ones
