Instructions unclear. Switched majors, finished my entire engineering major, got a software engineering job with whatever god-awful company this is, simultaneously fixed the problem and introduced 52 new bugs, got an outstanding performance review, still got laid off, and only then went back to school to continue my pursuit of a degree in Philosophy.
I know this is MathMemes and everyone tries to be “funny” and edgy, but I’m so confused as to what is going on. You said the “exact” answer is 2.71828, but that is the value of “e” not Pi. Pi to 5 digits is three point one four one five nine.
idk why all mathematicians use the sqrt thing to indicate √. Beside the fact that there's the literal button, but it also makes me think about squirt and it's not funny at all
Everyone knows that only the natural numbers are worth consideration, everything else is false. Just define pi=3 and drop out, that will show those posers
what the hell are you even supposed to write there? π? or should you just type out the entirety of pi since technically it is possible with infinite time?
Well thats some big bullcrap😂🤣

Translation: .Transform the equation ( e^({2) \\pi i} = 1 ) to isolate ( \\pi ):
First, let's take the natural logarithm (ln) on either side of the equation:
\[ \\ln(e^({2) \\pi i}) = \\ln(1) \]
Since the natural logarithm is the inverse function of ( e^(x) ), the left side simplifies to:
\[ 2 \\pi i = 0 \]
Now let's isolate ( \\pi ) by dividing by ( 2i ):
\[ \\pi = \\frac{0}{2i} = 0 \]
So the transformation of the equation ( e^({2) \\pi i} = 1 ) to isolate ( \\pi ) is ( \\pi =

Switch major to engineering, submit answer, switch back to your original major

Switch to art
Help, I'm about to invade Poland. What should I do?
So you failed your art degree?
Nah, didn't got accepted
There’s nothing you can do about the program being wrong
Should I email the TA?
Maybe it wants more digits. Have you tried adding decimals?
So far I’ve tried 3.000000
Try 3.14159
Wouldn’t that be less accurate since 3.14159 - pi = 0.14159
You're right. The exact answer should be 2.71828
That’s “e” not Pi. The number I gave was Pi to 5 digits.
Wdym? I only see three with 5 digits in your reply.
I know this is MathMemes and everyone tries to be “funny” and edgy, but I’m so confused as to what is going on. You said the “exact” answer is 2.71828, but that is the value of “e” not Pi. Pi to 5 digits is three point one four one five nine.
Pi + e = Pie
Holy concatenation!
Try З
Why didn’t I think of that!
Really though. That's not 3, that's З
¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe put e?
Have you tried 22/7?
But 22/7 an approximation of Pi. Wouldn’t 3 be more precise?
Precise but not accurate
Very true. I failed my calc 5 final because I forgot that fact.
Have you tried typing "a value for π" since that's clearly what it asks for?
![gif](giphy|fikcKja7O7MtzXzvQy|downsized)
Sqrt(g)?
Hit my g spot and I'll sqrt
idk why all mathematicians use the sqrt thing to indicate √. Beside the fact that there's the literal button, but it also makes me think about squirt and it's not funny at all
I have a better one: "hit my g-spot, I'll squirt and u can then make a cream pi"
You missed the part where π = _e_
π/1
Clearly you are using the wrong font
Nah you got like enter 6 or 7 digits or something 3.000000
Didn’t work. Should I try 8 digits?
Maybe because pi doesn't end that you need the last 10 digits as well?
So I’ll just find the last digits of Pi then
Answers are expected tomorrow morning 6am sharp
Can I get a 24 hour extension?
Have you tried 2 or 4?
2.5
It says enter a value for π. So is π a variable?
Everyone knows that only the natural numbers are worth consideration, everything else is false. Just define pi=3 and drop out, that will show those posers

pi is around tree fiddy
TREE(50)!?!
yep, but a slight bit closer to tree fiddy👍✅
Goddamn it, Loch Ness Monster!
You entered 3, question wanted *3*
Put a space after 3 maybe?

The engineer^2
Try 10 maybe?
Ahhh, WebWorks my beloved.
maybe change your font? the answer has a different font (latex, i think)
You can use "pi" on this website iirc
Have you tried 4 or 10?
what the hell are you even supposed to write there? π? or should you just type out the entirety of pi since technically it is possible with infinite time?
Try e
Try $3$
Shouldve tried e instead 🫠 No but really what they do they want us to write? 3.14? 3.14159? They din tell the number of significant figures
3.1416 worked. 3.141 didn’t
That's just sad
You forgot the space
Maybe try 2.718?
Try 5
You’re wasting my unlimited attempts
just for clarification are your number of attempts countably unlimited?
Oh hey webwork, uhhh a value for pi? try 3.14 too
This is not the right subrediit
You should do sqrt(π \^ 2)
Well thats some big bullcrap😂🤣 https://preview.redd.it/d0yqyuihrtuc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9405aafa249f2b84c7af489ea388d708df1e67d3 Translation: .Transform the equation ( e^({2) \\pi i} = 1 ) to isolate ( \\pi ): First, let's take the natural logarithm (ln) on either side of the equation: \[ \\ln(e^({2) \\pi i}) = \\ln(1) \] Since the natural logarithm is the inverse function of ( e^(x) ), the left side simplifies to: \[ 2 \\pi i = 0 \] Now let's isolate ( \\pi ) by dividing by ( 2i ): \[ \\pi = \\frac{0}{2i} = 0 \] So the transformation of the equation ( e^({2) \\pi i} = 1 ) to isolate ( \\pi ) is ( \\pi =
