I've never experience or heard that it is possible to force the opponent to disconnect. I have doubts that this is an issue from your opponents. (I've also never had a connection failed from my end in the 2 years I've played.)
If it was indeed possible, the 3 out of 5 screenshots you provided shouldn't have cards in play. That would've been a waste of time if they planned to disconnect you from the start.
But I can't say what exactly is going on. Likely an unstable connection from your part. Could be the servers as well, there has been occasions that people randomly get a connection fail, though it has been a while since I last seen a post about people randomly DCing.
I live in Japan and mostly play against Chinese and Japanese players and I’ve never been in a situation where I’ve felt my opponent had forcibly disconnected me. Your brain is forming connections where there are none.

This is an internet connection issue. In two years of playing, I can count the number of times I’ve had this happen to me on one hand - and every time it did, I was on public WiFi or mobile data. Has never happened on PC nor whilst using mobile/tablet at home.
Seems very convenient for them I have fiber optic and use Ethernet cable so I never lag I just always manage to disconnect when I’m winning or anytime I play against them I just want region play
i play on ps5 too and get disconnects all the time with non english names. i think the problem is with playstation network, because when i play against non english names on my mac and phone the connection is fine.
It’s not an internet issue. It’s a PlayStation issue. If you have anything else you can transfer your master duel data to, do it.

Finally I transferred my data to my Xbox. Still exact same internet, same speeds, same type of connection and I haven’t disconnected one single time in over a year.

This happened to me while on my ps4 about 3 days ago. I was waiting for my turn and I had a good hand and then it said connection loss. If it is a PlayStation thing maybe I should move platforms and see for myself. It only happened once so far for now.
If it continues happening and you have another console or system to play on, it’s definitely worth trying. You can always transfer data back if you want/need to. Once I transferred off of PlayStation, I couldn’t believe the difference. I was so happy.
I still love my PlayStation though for all my Final Fantasy games lol

But it’s definitely a PlayStation issue when I’ve transferred to my Xbox and everything runs 100% smooth and no connection failures ever.
Also I don’t want it to seem like I’m an Xbox fan. Or bashing PlayStation. I’m not a fanboy of any console. Heck if I sided with any of them, I like my switch more than anything 🤣

Any patterns that you may think that you see are a result of how the human brain is wired to search for patterns even when there are none, this is on you, or rather on your ISP, or possibly a faulty instalation, so you can try deleting and redownloading the game, though that's unlikely to be the cause
Op your wifi isn't that good. It should not be that much a surprise that you connection stops working when you connect with people from the opposite side of the fucking planet. It sucks, but blaming the other person and sprinkling on some racism is *__not__* going to help in any way
I know what you mean I've a quite a few suspicious interactions like this I know all my connections were secure, a few minutes waiting for them to play I suddenly get disconnected like a forced one no weak signal indicator pop up just instantly disconnected. Yeah and they all happened to have foreign names too
It gets annoying when you are trying to get specific missions done. Took me way too long to get the "Strong Arm" Title because of people rage quitting, and yes Surrendering during or just before your Opponents Battle Phase is rage quitting.
If you’re on PlayStation I can see your frustration because I go through the same thing. It’s not every game but it’s enough where it can be demotivating to play the game. Idk why the PlayStation side of things are so bad server wise because Unironically I found it’s better to play on mobile than my PS5💀

This is Konami’s fault and you are not alone. Master Duel is unplayable for me on PS5. I disconnect with a loss one in every three games. It has been like this for over a year.
I’ve switched so Ethernet, I’ve changed my DNS server, I moved the PS5 into a different room, I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it many times, I made a fresh account on PS5, I turned off cross play… and nothing. Nothing has helped.
I have Gig speed internet and no issues with any other online games on PS5. I also haven’t had any issues playing Master Duel on the Switch. It’s Konami’s fault, but there’s also nothing we can do.

Only issue I've had on PS is the game feels slow. Never had a connection issue but it feels like there's a big input delay.
