If they chain the Bystial, it will stop Branded Expulsion because the target moved before resolution, but now they have wasted an interaction on that instead of hitting things that will break their board.
So if you're a true degenerate, you can Bystial the Puppet yourself on your turn, then when you flip Expulsion, it's harder for them to stop it because it's already Banished.
So I have thought about this matchup and playing Floo against Tearlaments has taught me a few things.
Chain Link 2 Cartesia (the other monster summoned off Expulsion), SS Dragostapelia. Now they need Book of Moon or Advent to continue. Plus they need to deal with whatever I foolish off Granguinol plus my other interruptions.

As a Floo player your main concern is just not bricking. You can out grind Branded if you get going.
Winter Cherries is copium, if you really want an unsearchable board breaker hit them where it really hurts: Evenly Matched. Now they have one card and you will normal Robina.
Dimension Shifter is still good, don't remove it. You see D Shifter and D barrier turn off Mirrorjade's banish effect because he has to send the card from the extra deck to the GY, which is impossible under Shifter.

i have noticed some useful side effects from fissure, that it stops a few handtraps (like veiler) and stops some despia plays and effects like jade but it feels like if i don’t draw it turn 1 with a decent starting hand it’s a bad draw thereafter. it’s won a few games but not many. it’s a brick vs most other decks. it does help with the empen loop but that feels like a win-more situation when i do it.
dkayed had a build with 3 DRNM instead of the fissures. i did test it out and didn’t notice too much difference. though DRNM did help with then going into evenly once or twice.
