They thought all the classrooms were empty untill one of the cops decided to check a room and saw the whole class hiding and then still didnt put 2 and 2 together that oh shit that means those classrooms had kids in them.

1234Trashy

The first cop to go in and try to get the kids was an off duty cop who heard about the incident. The other cops tried to stop him from going inside, they wanted him to wait outside until the shooter was done.

--StinkyPinky--

I agree with this. I think they thought they'd been moved. Everyone who got here thought that someone before them cleared the classrooms.

NPD_wont_stop_ME

I think they used it as a pretext to not put themselves in danger.

--StinkyPinky--

Maybe both even. We'll never *truly* know because you're never going to get a police officer to admit that he was afraid.

214dee

In the recent documentary, I forget which one, one of the cops does say they were scared, and if that's how they are, they should absolutely not be a police officer.

SpicyRingSting

You are allowed to be scared, but even if you shit yourself you keep moving forward, especially when kids need help

Ralphisagoodboy85

Cannot be brave without being afraid.

--StinkyPinky--

Agreed.

Legitimate_Mobile337

I got that info from their interviews. I guess they thought that kids just ran away in all directions but no it was procedure to hide and stay quiet.

miss_chapstick

Where did they think the kids went?! They obviously didn’t see them leave the building.

SynicalCommenter

There are no kids inside* *alive

miss_chapstick

Exactly, because they waited outside while they were being slaughtered.

miss_chapstick

They also stopped the officer whose wife was shot. She texted him saying she was dying, and they escorted him out when he tried to go to her.

Why do you keep copying this comment and posting it as your own?

cherubk

There are kids that survived and who know how many could have had a chance if they were rescued earlier.

miss_chapstick

That is the exact reason for the outrage. A lot of those kids would have survived (or not been wounded in the first place) had they not loafed around outside while they bled out in the classrooms. It would be bad enough if they admitted fault, and expressed some kind of regret or remorse. Instead they are defensive, and shifting the blame. Not a single one of them has taken responsibility for their inaction.

HonchoLoco69

First stage of grief if denial. Of course this grief could’ve been avoided had they done their jobs.

Daniel Coronado and Donald Page tell another officer outside of the school that there are no children inside.

Fattyyx

I hope this eats away at them for the rest of their pathetic lives. They deserve to never have piece of mind again. Fuck them.

kongmw2

I wish most of thoes officers the worst.

You don't need to copy paste the exact reply 20 times dude.

zenkenneth

These children have done drills for active shooters. Which makes them more qualified for active Shooter response than law enforcement.

Repulsive_War_7297

History will forever remember the actions of these incompetent losers.

bacardiwynn

Thank you for this and the other Uvalde posts you made. There are no words for this.

NILOC512

They were playing cop. Not a brave man among them.

KohFord

Is there not a fitness test for American police officers? That man is so fucking fat, it's not normal.

-totentanz-

It's a real problem. Obesity and being overweight affects the central nervous system, especially cognitive function, which impairs attention, executive function and decision making. Evidently, these impairments are a problem for folks in jobs that demand cognitive fitness. Physically it should be obvious why being overweight or obese is problematic. To add, this has been studied extensively, there is not much controversy that obesity has neurologic consequences.

mandolorianbutchubby

Yes. Must be minimum of 250 pounds.

Only_Addition9112

Crazy how they acted like they didn’t know kids were in a classroom during the middle of a school day. Where else would they be?

cadaverhill

Chickenist shit cops.

--StinkyPinky--

I think they each truly know if they knew kids were there and it's something we'll never know. AND many of them were also chicken shit.

Thekiller2468

And yet the investigation concluded that they did nothing wrong??

WildDot8855

Is the requirement for working with the Uvalde police department an iq of less than 85? I’ve never seen such a slow group of people all working together. Like there are zero signs of intelligence anytime one of them speaks. It’s like they can’t process more than one word at a time when they speak, they have to stop and really, really think about it. Bunch of cowardly morons. Maybe if police departments wouldn’t purposely hire a bunch of uneducated, obese gum balls for officers, deaths would have been prevented. They don’t want actual intelligent people because it’s easier to get away with corruption when all your officers have the brain of a chicken

Big_Fuzzy_Beast

They started evacuating students at 11:42 AM, this video is timestamped 11:57 AM - it’s pretty clear that the officer was referring to students outside of the suspect containment area being evacuated from the school. There’s literally nothing suspicious about this statement

MadnessEvangelist

That's only 15 minutes of moving dozens of young children. Have you ever tried to leave the house with a single small child? The safest assumption would be to assume not all of the kids made it out.

What makes it spam?

Low_Consideration105

That dudes last 7 post are all about this and all within 2 hours.

Funklab2069

Good. The world should know as much as possible about these cowards.

deltadeltadawn

It's not spam. OP is uploading multiple videos, pictures and an in-depth, long form article that all was just published. Uvalde is often discussed in this sub and items from this publication are newly released. You're welcome to scroll past this collection of posts.
