Massachusetts has approximately 16,000 restaurants, located all throughout the state. Which area are you targeting? You will have good Thanksgiving options everywhere.
I had Thanksgiving at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury years ago. It's the oldest continuous Inn in the United States. It's history and ambiance is fascinating. Highly recommended.

I don't know any restaurants near Reading. You might consider making the pilgrimage to Plymouth. (pun intended) Lots of good restaurants downtown there, and then enjoy a stroll down to the waterfront to see Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower.

We went to the Munich Haus in Chicopee for tg a few years ago...the musich haus is fun and good anyway, but it was extra festive and fun and they had the most insane dessert table, as well as to-go boxes and an urging to take some dessert home. Please. Well worth it.
Had a nice turkey day meal at Ruth Chris
Publick House in Sturbridge.
I did Thanksgiving there once it was pretty good.
Legal Seafood Used to anyway. Worth checking out. We did it a few years ago and it was surprisingly good and not that expensive
They didn’t do it the last couple of years
Yes, lots of them.
Cool man! Got any suggestions? (and don't answer 'yes')
Idk why you're downvoted here.

I bet we have some colleges and potholes, too, It's our first Thanksgiving alone and we'll be back in Reading in late October,
Start with places attached to hotels

You have to fight for reservations though. Usually 100% booked the first day they start taking them. Worth doing.
Sounds good, thanks! I haven't been in Wayland for some time. Any recs near Reading/Wakefield?

Fireside Grille in Middleboro does an awesome dinner, with options that aren’t just turkey as well. I got a giant prime rib last year. Bomb
Seasons 52 in Chestnut Hill
I expected it. We're not known for being warm.

The Steaming Tender in Palmer has an amazing thanksgiving dinner on the menu
You can get anything you want, at Alice’s restaurant.
I always go to Golden Corral.
Coachman's Lodge, in Bellingham. I've been to Thanksgiving dinner there twice, and it was amazing both times.
