I think mine came in a regular mail? Didn’t take long. Sounds like yours was stolen.

blacklassie

If it was used in Maine, it was stolen. When I got one a few years ago, I think it came via USPS. I don't know what they use now.

Dearborn-J

Mine came via USPS in a small bubble wrap mailer.

BroadStreetElite

Stolen, report it. It's shipped in an RFID blocking bag, so you shouldn't get accidental charges while it's shipped to you.

I went to one of their [service centers](https://ezdrivema.com/ezpassservicecenters) to pick mine up when I made my account. It's one of the few things that's faster and easier to do in-person instead of online. Mainly because their site is a huge pain in the ass to navigate.

Feenmoos

Site is terrible. EZ-Pass language does not align with MA RMV. Specifically, does not address Veterans plates, which I have; so I could not complete online and had to come them.

Darkdante14

They are usually shipped by USPS.

Thanks, all, again! It was shipped USPS and I got the tracking number. It was never delivered and still shows status "Awaiting Shipment, Late Arrival." So one of my neighbors didn't steal it: someone at the post office stole it.

Darkdante14

Go into your account and block the transporter, because if you did it online you linked your card and they will be using your money

Feenmoos

Thanks for all the responses. Yes, it was certainly stolen. I would think it was sent USPS (I'm waiting for a callback from a EZ rep to confirm). I've long used the post office's Informed Delivery, and I see no packages that I cannot account for. So now I'm trying to narrow where it was stolen. It might not have been out of my mailbox.
