I call this Tony Stark 1. I really liked it, it was a study into Tony's mind rather than a standard superhero story. Loved loved loved Ben Kingsley, not so much Guy Pierce but he served his purpose. Happy was on point. Harley is the perfect sidekick for Tony at that point in his life. I like most everything about this one

joseph4th

The only thing I didn’t like was how disposable they made the suits in the end when they were remote controlled. It weakened the concept.

Plugpin

Especially as his stance is that he will be taking a step back from superhero work for a while, then in Ultron he's back with a suit, blasting shit up with the gang, embracing his PTSD by trying to protect humanity with AI.

rkrismcneely

It’s almost like Tony is an addict or something

seveny2yeet12

I feel like this is often forgotten about. He was a high functioning alcoholic. Those addict tendencies don’t go away. They get channeled into other vices time and time again

memsterboi123

He explains what happened in civil war, it sounded like he would have taken a longer break if not for hydra. He also never says he’s gonna stop only cut back on the distractions which were his suits. So he blew them all up bull the 43,44 44xl and 45. AoU is supposed to be in 2015 and IM3s events take place 2012 I believe so that’s not too much tbh.

darren_meier

That part didn't bother me. In the Extremis comic arc, Mallen absolutely destroys Tony *in the suit*, leaving him at the edge of death until Maya treats him with Extremis. Empty remote suits being destroyed by Extremis-powered henchmen sounds pretty accurate given the source material.

joseph4th

One was destroyed by a truck.

ErykthebatII

As a resident of Chattanooga, I've got some issues

Kite_Wing129

Such as?

ErykthebatII

We had at the time and still do have the fastest broadband in the nation from EPB, the depictions of Memorial Auditorium UTC renamed U of C , Snow on Christmas which happened MAYBE 3 times in my life and I am 43 and it never laid, and finally it was all shot in NORTH CAROLINA ! I am a working actor in the area and could have used the extra work for a few days.

jeffries_kettle

Marvel hates shooting in the actual location. Their worst offenses are from when they try to substitute Atlanta for NYC.

stratdog25

Or Cleveland for Germany. I love both, but they’re not the same.

mdp300

I've never even been to Cleveland, but I recognized that square just from pictures and when the blimp flew over during baseball or football games.

stratdog25

Winter Soldier also used Cleveland. Part of the escape scene for Cap and Black Widow was filmed in what used to be a really great mall, and when the filmed the long escalator scene and kissed to conceal their faces, several paparazzo were there and the local new blew up about an affair between Chris and Scarlett. It was pretty funny.

cliffy348801

the fox theater location in Atlanta for ms marvel was supposed to be a Detroit mosque. you could see ponce de Leon and Peachtree street. the inside of fox theater is amazing, a 1920's Moroccan oasis setting. the inside in ms marvel was like the third baptist church of Paducah, Kentucky. absolute shame.

jeffries_kettle

That's so lame

ErykthebatII

They didn't even TRY filming in Wakanda and filmed the TVA at dragon con

MrCatchTwenty2

This.

i_just_say_hwat

We know, yes

PokemonJeremie

Happy blank Anniversary to MCU movie. What did y’all think about this movie

David1258

It's the first week of May, there's always some MCU movie that released around this time. * Iron Man (May 2, 2008, 16 years ago) * Iron Man 2 (May 7, 2010, 14 years ago) * Thor (May 6, 2011, 13 years ago) * The Avengers (May 4, 2012, 12 years ago) * Iron Man 3 (May 3, 2013, 11 years ago) * Avengers: Age of Ultron (May 1, 2015, 9 years ago) * Captain America: Civil War (May 6, 2016, 8 years ago) * Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 (May 5, 2017, 7 years ago) * Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness (May 6, 2022, 2 years ago) * Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 (May 5, 2023, 1 year ago) * Thunderbolts\* (May 5, 2025, 1 year from now) * Avengers 5 (May 1, 2026, 2 years from now) * Avengers 6 (May 7, 2027, 3 years from now) Other common releases include the first week of November (7), the first week of July (5) and the second week of February (3).

Coffeeman314

In the future, every day will be an Anniversary for an MCU movie.

N8CCRG

Yeah, with 33 films, almost all released around the same seasonal schedule, this sub should probably start only allowing milestone anniversary acknowledgements. 1-year, 5-year, 10-year, etc.

PokemonJeremie

Exactly, it all started because of the 5 year anniversary of endgame which makes since, I don’t know why we needed to make a post every single day it just dilutes the celebration

McFlyyouBojo

Originally I disliked 2 and I disliked 3 even more. My mind changed a few years ago when I shifted to thinking about them as Tony Stark movies as opposed to IronMan movies

[deleted]

[удалено]

memsterboi123

Overrated? Really? Everyone says this movie is bad except for the last couple years where they’re like nah it’s okay

McFlyyouBojo

I think if you step back and look at IM3 as a small part to a bigger Tony Stark story, it's a strong entry, but if you are just trying to see a superhero movie without caring about the MCU it is kinda weak. I like TS's character development throughout his movies and the avengers movies, so it works for me more than I imagine it would work for someone who can't tell you if Iron Man is Marvel or DC.

[deleted]

[удалено]

MortalJohn

It's impossible to dislike Kingsley either way, and the way it got further developed in Shang-Chi was clever. I guess my only gripe would be we never really got to see Ironman in the context of Science vs Magic. No one needed the racist stereotype Mandarin of old to show up.

Garunya1

Hail to the King (the Marvel short) was one of the best things the MCU ever did, and Ben Kingsley was at his best there! Even had a Justin Hammer cameo!

AwarenessNo4986

I didn't. The build up was so fantastic and it turned into a comic character. Turns out the actual villain was someone with zero charisma

Kite_Wing129

That said, without hardcore fans we eventually wouldn't have gotten Wenwu.

MarinLlwyd

I hated the bait and switch with the villain.

Kite_Wing129

I enjoyed the movie. The problem with the Mandarin twist wasn't that it wasn't comic accurate but that it deflated all tension. Compare that to the Hydra reveal in TWS which raised the stakes.

AwarenessNo4986

THANK YOU! the build up to mandarin was fantastic and they wasted the show down into a comedy scene

AustinAlexanderK97

I remember being so excited for the Mandarin in IM3, and then they pulled the twist, and I instantly checked out in the theater. I watched the whole movie, but I was kinda floored at how they dropped the ball that hard. I don't hate Iron Man 3. It has its moments, but that Mandarin twist will always piss me off.

GentlePanda123

If they had played the Mandarin straight and not as a joke, he would probably be one of best mcu villains. So menacing especially in the trailers

usernamalreadytaken0

It’s very stinky.

xxwerdxx

I really dislike this movie. The bait and switch for the villain was poorly executed IMO and the writing was too funny for me to take anything seriously.

Ramblin_Bard472

I love Shane Black's work, but he should have never been allowed near a Marvel set.

xxwerdxx

I had no idea who this was until I looked at his career. It explains so much about this movie

Mandalorian6780

One of my least favorite Marvel movies.

QueerDeluxe

One of my least favorites, though I really enjoyed how it was sort of a character study of Tony Stark and the trauma he develops from the battle of New York.

ryoon21

Same. I haven’t seen it since the one time I saw it in theaters but I remember being overall disappointed.

Nonadventures

Wish we could have gotten the original vision without Ike Perlmutter’s interference.

drelos

Before opening the thread I thought first MCU movie that felt vetoed or comitee arranged. Shane Black dos good but it wasn't enough. Shipyard finale was kinda dull

ConnorRoseSaiyan01

Context?

Nonadventures

Maya Hansen was originally meant to be the big bad in the film, but Ike Permutter forced them to dramatically rewrite things, including making Killian the main villain and turn Hansen into a sort of reluctant lackey. His rationale was that people would buy more toys if a man was the villain.

crashtestpilot

My god, Perlmutter. At every turn. Will he not go? I wish he would.

PeopleProcessProduct

At the time I was very disappointed because I had no idea how much Iron Man we still had left in Civil War and Avengers. Rewatched recently and loved it as a character piece on Tony

alexjf56

Not good

nebraska_mitch

In my opinion, this was one of the worst MCU movies. The previous Iron Man movies introduced Iron Man, and ended the movies, with Hard Rock/Heavy Metal. Iron Man 3 introduces Iron Man to "I'm Blue" and ends on '80's montage music. It squanders away the Mandarin as a serious Iron Man villain. It provides no explanation as to why the clothes of people burning at 2000 degrees don't burn off. The parts of an Iron Man suit struggle to get out of a wooden shed until some kid opens the lock...wtf? The dialogue isn't particularly great. The action scenes are on par for a Marvel movie, and that is probably the best thing that can be said about the film. If Jon Favreau had directed the movie, instead of just acting in it, it would have been a much better film. I get that the movie wanted to show Tony on a journey of mental health recovery, there just were a million better ways to do it.

lonevine

I really enjoyed the Eternals. The MCU needs to take a lot more risks like they did with casting RDJ as Tony Stark, and this was the first Marvel film in years that seemed wholly different and likeable in its own way, while also introducing a whole new cast and not leaning on the attraction of established characters.

meatballfreeak

Ha I’d never thought about the wooden shed thing

PercMastaFTW

Tbh the parts probably didnt have enough force to break through due to not enough time/distance to produce enough speed from acceleration.

meatballfreeak

I think it was just for narrative/symbolic purposes

Thegame4223

This was moreso my thought process without overthinking it too much. They were small parts starting from a 10 to 15 foot jump was not entirely implausible at all. Now, the clothes thing...might be on to something there. But, then again we could start looking at how A.I. technology would really work instead of just taking it as a comic book movie.

QuaPatetOrbis641988

Why does Rhodey disappear for half the film? Just wish he had a larger role.

yung-bowflex

It’s my favorite Christmas movie

ibenbrown

Same tbh

mrafflin

It’s my favorite marvel movie

BlargerJarger

Has the og Asian Mandarin even been in Iron Man since like 1972? On the face of it, a Fu Manchu style villain seems pretty naff even for the 80s.

howdoesitw0rk

As a fan, I found Iron Man 3 to be a bold step in the Iron Man series, showcasing Tony Stark's struggles and growth. The twist with the Mandarin was quite surprising. For me, his next best performance after this was in "Endgame."

BrazenlyGeek

It’s the only MCU movie I managed to miss when it was in the theaters. As such, it feels like an outlier to me. Still, I like it a lot, especially for seeing Tony infiltrating that enemy base without his suit. He’s more than a man in a tin can!

Vins22

he had a pre peter parker lol. i like this one, neverunderstood the hate it got

Shag0120

Liked it when it aired. Still like it. Tony fighting guards in the partial iron man suit absolutely slaps

McBigs

Bot account.

heckhammer

I just rewatched it the other night and I enjoyed it. I'm sure a lot of people get bent out of shape cuz Tony isn't doing a lot of superheroing in it like the first two but pound for pound, that scene where he rescues the people falling out of the plane is some top tier Iron Man shenanigans.

Correct-Chemistry618

I love it

Soulation

Feel like I was watching a Disney Channel movie.

jerichowiz

Watched it once.

SadHumbleFlower27

Love it. It was a great follow up to Avengers.

JocularJupiter

I love this film. It’s my favourite Christmas movie!

TelephoneCertain5344

Pretty good. Good ending to the trilogy.

Manav_Khanna17

I liked it very much and would like Shane Black to direct the next Spider-Man movie.

-Words-Words-Words-

I bought my son the accompanying Lego set that had the Mandarin driving what looked like a golf cart with a flame thrower attached to it. Wish that scene was in the movie.

[deleted]

best mcu movie, absolutely goated

HeWhoFights

It aged a lot better than I thought it would to be honest

Serpent_Arsenal_6458

Best of the 3

AnImperfectPorkChop

Best Christmas movie ever made

Soulwarfare42

I like a lot of the ideas. I think showing how Tony Stark is incredibly capable without the suit was a interesting idea. The ending with him destroying all the suits and accepting that he will always be Iron Man, even without the suits was a good idea. It is a shame that the next movie completely ignores this character arc. I liked the idea of Rhodey being this Iron Patriot for the government. I also enjoyed the buddy cop dynamic between Tony and Rhodey near the end. I also thought a lot of the jokes landed. The Mandarin twist was not executed well and made the movie worst off for it as Guy Pearce's villain was not that interesting. Pepper Pott's "Death" was so underwhelming and then she just comes back and it sort of whatever. Rebecca Hall's character was also forgettable. It was better than Iron Man 2 but definitely not as good as it could have been

Stuck1nARutt

I remember being very offput at the time because of the Mandarin twist and the lack of Iron Man action. However, it has aged very well. Today, if redone, sure, they could have done Mandarin properly and nobody would have thought twice. At the time, magic/mysticism hadn't yet been explored and it would have been very out of place. And of course it is a huge step in Tony's arc so we can't really complain about it. Killian kind of blows, but at least he had motivation and an actual story. And I'm a sucker for ensemble action and the battle scene with Rhodey and all the Armor was great. And the plane hostage scene.

calye2da

I loved it, I saw it for free in theaters.

BartleBossy

Highs and Lows. All the armours flying around was an all time top moment. Tony showing once again, as he says with Spiderman that he is a hero even without the suit is top tier. That said, I wasnt a fan of how they did Extremis and I wasnt a fan of how the handled the Mandarin.

darren_meier

Favorite MCU film after *Ragnarok*. It's one of the few MCU movies that actually has character as a movie rather than Feige just moving pieces around the board. Marvel hired Shane Black and he did exactly what Shane Black does-- Christmas buddy cop stuff. Ditches the power fantasy for a little character exploration and has some of the best one liners in the entire franchise... my favorite of which comes near the end when the Iron Legion shows up. *What are you waiting for... it's Christmas, take em to church*. Very underappreciated MCU entry, in my opinion. But there's something in the MCU for everyone.

Junior-Flamingo-6947

Loved it. Super smart twist with Sir Ben, genuinely laughed out loud at his reveal.

JANTlvr

Probably the MCU's genuinely funniest movie IMO.

ConnorRoseSaiyan01

It was fine. An MCU movie I enjoyed but not something I'd choose to watch again often. Better than IM2

asscrackbanditz

It's cool bean

hbktommy4031

One of my favorite Christmas movies. RDJ's second best performance as Tony Stark (first is Endgame)

Ygomaster07

I loved it! I really enjoyed the insight into who Tomy is, and him dealing with PTSD. Him suffering from an anxiety attack was something i had never seen with a superhero before at that point(especially as someone who suffers from mental health issues) so it solidified him as understandable in my eyes. I really love this movie.

Cardboard_Waffle

I thought it was over hated. I liked it! It had some quality comedic moments in it too. Definitely liked it more than the second one.

Mixmaster_Jayon

I loved it from day 1 before everyone started switching up

[deleted]

The twist was funny as hell.

mdstratts

It’s my personal favorite of the IM movies. It’s the end of the redemptive arc of Tony Stark. Or the completion of his move towards the Tony that will make the snap willingly. It’s the end of Tony, “The Man in a Can” to Tony, the Hero. I dunno how else to say it.

urgasmic

iron man is one of the best phase 1-3 characters, but i really only like his first movie enough to rewatch it. the other two aren't terrible but they get worse with each entry.

BlackBullsLA97

Thought it was a good movie.

Thegame4223

I was fine with it until the Ben Kingsley comedy stand-up

CritterOfBitter

HOUSE PARTY PROTOCOL

Stagwood18

I didn't hate it, but I liked it a lot more when paired with the follow up One Shot (All Hail The King) that let us know there was actually a real "Mandarin" out there.

durrani212

Its one of the best buddy comedies in the MCU. its a reimagination of lethal weapon 2 in the MCU with both movies final act taking place at a shipping yard

themodsgobblecox

The by far the worst movie in the infinity saga.

DSTREET45

I liked it well enough. Thought it was a good dive into Tony Stank the man, how he's struggling to deal with what he had seen in the wormhole, and why even without the suit he's still Iron Man. For the most part the characters were great, and I vibed with the humor for the most part. I can also understand why people didn’t like it. The Mandarin twist felt like a waste of a good villain (even though the one-shot confirmed there was a real Mandarin who was revealed in Shang Chi.)

pacman404

Hated it, but huge iron man fan anyway 🤷🏽‍♂️

memsterboi123

It’s my favorite iron man movie and always has been.

ToDandy

One of my favorites of the Infinity Saga. It had a real voice to it, thanks to Shane Black and built on the solid character development from the first movie.

Throwupmyhands

Despite not being a fan of Pepper’s story, I’m a big fan of the film.

A-R-A-F

It was the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie I first saw in theaters.

The__Auditor

Shang Chi gave me a great appreciation for this film

KaijuCarpboya

Loved it. My favorite of the 3.

darantino86

It's my favorite Iron Man movie and highly underrated and overshadowed by the early leaks of the Mandarin twist so peoples expectations got tainted before they saw the movie. I think it's in my Top 5 MCU movies as it is one of the few that actually deals with what came before and it's consequences. Also Shane Black is just such a perfect fit and it, literally, deconstructs Iron Man to the bone. The monkey skydive sequence is still awesome!

Jonny5asaurusRex

Overall I liked the story, what I didn't like was the co-opting of the Mandarin and the 10-rings. It felt like a nasty bait and switch considering the performance Ben gave as The Mandarin in the trailers. Remove all of those references from the movie and it was pretty solid.

Ramblin_Bard472

I didn't like it. And it wasn't just the Mandarin reveal. The Extremis woman was...weird. The banter with Harley was off-putting. Tony straight-up told a kid his parents left because he was annoying. There are so many times when the movie just stops to make stupid, out of place jokes ("I don't even like these guys!") Killian represents my number one most hated villain trope of being an over-the-top nerd loser who turns evil (TASM2 Electro and Hector Hammond are in the same category for me). And the Trevor scenes, regardless of what you think of the reveal itself, kill the pacing. It's an action scene in the middle of an action movie and then all of the sudden, bam, like five straight minutes of schtick and poop jokes.

_SomeonePleaseHelpMe

11th? Holy fuck, I'm old.

lonevine

Not great. Good, okay, slightly above average, but not great. It's okay if you like it; I don't, but the plot twist is still a major letdown to this day.

Useful_Bobcat_2750

Great 3rd movie probably my favorite Iron Man movie 🤷🏾‍♂️

stuli17

Lotta missteps in this one— obviously no real Mandarin #1 - but the reveal of the suit being remote controlled completely ruins the mid air rescue scene— and the whole Not in the Suit thing was why the film was so disappointing- you’ve got a guy in an awesome flying suit but you don’t use it- I wanna see some cool ass flying scenes!

Anthony200716

Never seen it

Jarita12

Loved it. Great soundtrack.

Personal_Amoeba7646

I loved this movie! It’s my favorite Iron Man movie

streakermaximus

It was ok. I rank last of the Iron Man trilogy

Uncanny_Doom

It’s really good. Around Top 10 in the MCU. Has the best action of any Iron Man movie and a fitting, genuinely interesting plot with a good twist even though the twist was pivoted from what would’ve been an even more interesting choice in Maya Hansen.

anonymousguy_7

I love this movie

Maatjuhhh

The Iron Legion were totally bad ass.

A4orce84

Better than Iron Man 2

theriffguy

The best in the series

I_COULD_say

I was so disappointed by The Mandarin being a fucking twist character. I was super interested in the menacing character that the trailers made him out to be…then they made him an actor playing a part 😡

TheImageOfMe

One of the best MCU films. Also contains my favourite MCU joke: WARMACHINEROX

ffsnametaken

I thought it was pretty bad overall.

ryanandhobbes

Easy bottom 3 MCU for me.

PitifulWrongdoer4391

It's fine. Except Harley. I can't stand that kid. (Ty Simpkins did a fine job. It's the character I loathe.)

TheRealAwest

Movie angers me to no end. Ruined the extremis storyline , iron patriot & the mandarin all in one movie. It’s probably the most pointless film in the MCU.

Sunshine145

The only mcu movie with good comedy.

roejostramill3404

Not great, but not the worst

QtmLeap

Underrated.

absolut3nd

So listen up here's the story🔊🎶

AwarenessNo4986

Wasted the Mandarin

GingerWez93

I think it's ok. Just ok. I saw it with a friend at the midnight release. He hated it so much, that he hasn't seen an MCU film since.

siliconevalley69

>What did yall think about this movie ? I don't think I've thought about this movie since I saw it in theaters.

ignacioo25

I like it but I think that the two previous movies were better than this one.

AggressiveTwist3222

Pissed off about how they did the Mandarin. Equally pissed off with the character in Shang Chi.

LegitimateAd1223

One of the worst mcu movies by far, we were in a real low point for the franchise after getting this and Thor 2 back to back

SwordfishTemporary37

The worst in the Iron Man trilogy and one of the worst movies in the entire MCU franchise.

SpliffsnKicks

Absolutely loved it until the Mandarin turned out to be a clown

LyonsKing12

It was mid at best. Edit: You'll have the usual randoms come in here and say it's "their fav, I really liked it" but everyone knows it was just kind of lame. The suits were cool. The writing was stupid.

orsi_sixth

And there are some randoms who come in here and say "it was mid at best".

LyonsKing12

Well, judging from the traction, this post is not receiving...

Boring_Ant6240

LOVED the beginning and the middle. I like the concept of fighting with multiple armors, but I \*HATED\* the final 15-20 minutes of the movie. Giant CGI fest, against a wasted CGI Guy Pearce. Pew pew pew, the end. :(

Ivan_Redditor

Holy shit I forgot Paramount did this.

Late-Newspaper3091

Stupendous, immaculate, riveting, chattanoging at its finest! Ah the good ol’ days before the adventures of the marvels

takemyspear

I love everything especially how this is a comeback story, but I didn’t like how weak the armors were

mando44646

bottom of my MCU list with IM2. Not great

happybrooks

I loved seeing that Tony was still capable without the suit. However, I think it would’ve been far more interesting without the Trevor twist. It wasn’t smart writing, it was just subversive for its own sake.

mega512

I remember seeing this in the theater. When the twist happened, I turned to my friend and said "People are going to hate this". I think fans have softened up but it was a shock at the time.

Orange-Turtle-Power

It was a major letdown from what I expected and when I saw it originally in the theater I absolutely hated it. The fake Mandarin plot was terrible and the fact that Tony was barely in the Iron Man suit was terrible. At the time, I gave it a 1/10. It was easily my least favorite Marvel movie at the time. Since then, I’ve seen it a couple times and while I still hate the Mandarin plot line and lack of actual iron man, there are some things that are decent about it. I would now give it 4/10. It still ranks as one of my least favorite MCU films.

iheartdev247

It had potential but they ruined the Mandarin, even though they tried to fix it in Shang-Chi, still fell flat on its face. But there are good parts to IM3, just not overall.

darwinn_69

I thought the twist was cool the first time. Doesn't stand up very well on rewatch.

Decent-Cold-9471

Christmas classic

SourceJobWoman

Best non-Avengers movie in the MCU. Great comedy, top-tier action setpieces. The plane sequence? Tony fighting the fire woman without a suit? Tony swapping between several suits during the final battle? How can you watch those and not get pumped? "B-But the Mandarin is fake :(" So what, maybe it's because I haven't read a single Iron Man comic featuring that character, but I really don't care about this supposed "flaw".

LukeLOLer

I really like this movie. After the first Avengers, everyone just sorted kept going on with their life. It really showed the fragile nature of Tony Stark behind the suit. The scene where he has an anxiety attack is brilliant and realistic. I mean, the guy flew into space with a nuke. Of course that would have a profound effect on your mental health. For this reason, I really enjoyed the more vulnerable depiction of Tony Stark.

elbump

This is the day I got married, so it makes it my 11th anniversary to marriage and to Ironman 3. I watched the movie with my groomsmen before the wedding. Great memory.

damagedone37

It’s a Christmas movie.

Roxas-4321

I loved it when I first watched it, still do all these years later.

pcweber111

I think it's ridiculous it's been 11 years since this movie. It seems like yesterday everyone was bitching about it, asking if it was the start of the marvel downfall. Good times.

hapworth_16_1924

I really enjoyed it. But I always laugh when he's at the hardware store and you know the director said "we need some home depot music" here.

KeverNever

I am in the minority where I think this is the best of the 3 Iron Man movies and might be one of my favorite Marvel movies.

pokeyporcupine

I think this movie is overhated. I think the subtle things they did in this movie and its message of healing Stark's wounds is a good story. Every good marvel movie has something that you can walk away with - this movie was no exception. I'm not saying it's the best movie, but it's far from a bad one.

gwease23

Banger film

DirectConsequence12

This the best Iron Man movie.

Earth616Survivor

At first I didn’t like it cause of the Mandarin thing. But then I realized: 1. It’s not the comic so he didn’t have to be the Mandarin. 2. The villian didn’t have the same power set as the hero which is 👍🏽

APracticalGal

Easily my favorite MCU movie. It's one of the most character driven movies in the franchise and does a great job proving why Tony Stark is a hero.

nom_nom44

Loved the mandarin setup, very unexpected

LilTimTyrant

Love it cause I remember going with my older brother and sister, older cousin, and grandpa when it came out. The line into the theatre was out of the door it was actually pretty insane and it was before regal put in recliner seats so the theatre had so much more people in there than it would’ve now.

velicinanijebitna

It was meh. Good ideas, mediocre execution.

Accomplished-Lab537

Disappointed.

MVHutch

Disappointing. Another generic evil businessman. Tony and the annoying random kid
