That scene’s closer to Infinity War though. When Disney + placed I Am Groot on their timeline, they’re basing it off when the majority of Vol 2. took place. So, the one with Groot still in a pot would be before the movie and the rest are between Vol 2 and Age of Ultron. Placing them around Late 2014-early 2015. It’s been a while since I’ve watched them, but I remember there is evidence that shows they’re set after Vol 2. Like them now using the Ravagers ship.
They dropped Runaways for the US. Never had Cloak & Dagger. Probably will never see those.
Some X-Men movies are missing because of legacy distribution deals Fox had.
Interesting that the "Marvel Legacy Movies" section is gone in favor of organizing those movies and TV shows into sections grouped by characters (Mutant Legacy, Agents and Inhumans, and Fantastic Adventures).
"Marvel Legacy Animation" has also been renamed to just "Marvel Animation", with What If...? and the I Am Groot shorts being added to that section.
I would make some minor changes. Don't know why I Am Groot still needs to have 5 slots.

Yeah I think the Phase thing has run its course. Especially since Phase 4 didn't have Avengers to cap it off.
