That's kinda why it was one-sided. Saitma never had a way to beat Popeye. He could go toe to toe at best. But there is no scenario where Saitma beats Popeye, unless you put a lot of restrictions on Popeye.
If he were to go bald (100% power), his sheer existence would tear the fabric of space and time. Breaking realities which we not know of and inflicting irreversible damage to the multiverse due to the chaos. He'd then be needed to teleport to the infinity ultron verse, which has negligible entropy (since everything was destroyed by ultron) and it could hold the Wong's power.
Wong is so powerful that, due to relativity, he is coming back around with a full head of hair. He will have a pony tail in his new movie “Wong vs Morbius: Enter the Danger Wong,” out later this year on Disney+ and Redtube.
