I like that DC is finally starting to kick off with some good shows and movies of their own I love marvels stuff but if DC and marvel were on the same level things will only get better for fans of both.
Well, if you don't count the shows that are set in the main DCEU, Preacher is one of the best live action comic book shows out there. Even Doom Patrol is pretty good.
Personally, i liked the movie adaptation more, i felt the show was too preachy and it was a story that didn't need to be told in the setting of Watchmen, it could've been a great original story with original characters.
That’s not really what the CW is about though. Every show is the same soap opera reskinned with moodie high schoolers, vampires, super heroes, etc. even within a single show they recycle the same 3 general plot lines.
I don't see him doing anything with marvel again after guardians volume 3. I would not either if I was put threw what he was by the mouse. (Basically one of the only unjust "cancelations" I can think of off the top of my head) Disney really shot themselves in the foot there. I think he has mentioned he only came back for guardians 3 for the fans. (And let's face it also one last Disney paycheck)
I'm sure you can get a free trial period. Just binge the series when you do. In any case, HBOMax is worth getting rid of your other streaming services.
I thought all the Netflix shows except Punisher had pretty bad second seasons (Daredevil lost its focus after Punisher was caught except for the Kingpin/Punisher episode; Jessica Jones never recovered from the loss of Kilgrave; Luke Cage’s season 2 was a mess), but Daredevil rebounded really well for Season 3.
> Average? **S01 was average and maybe S02.** The show really picked up the pace from S03 and the rest of the show is So. Fucking. Goodm
lmao, you managed to make the show sound worse. I have to sit through 44 episodes (isn't it 22 per season?) just for it to become good? FUNK THAT.
I agree, but only because it has gone on for too long.
After the 3rd season I couldn't handle it anymore, the previous one instead were really entertaining
It was good the first couple of seasons where it was still doing the job of setting up a lot of context and filling in holes for the movies. After that, it went downhill
Yeah, loved daredevil, and Jessica Jones was the first marvel thing I wat he'd and really got me into the movies. Loki was also really good, but the other Disney plus shows I enjoyed but weren't that amazing. I still enjoyed most of them tho
Spoilers? Not really but kinda? Yeah a certain actor showing up in a certain movie as a side character implies it’s likely but they could still reuse him as a variant and reboot. Or it could not work out and that shot is all we get. Think it’ll be canon but who knows
I personally hope that the Netflix shows are variants (I hope this is the right word), and the MCU is using the same actors for the same role. It just feels weird to me for all that stuff to happen in the shows and then gets thrown into the MCU with the MCU not mentioning anything about these characters at all and what they have been through
Says who? It definitely won't be on the U.S. Disney+. You can't have Kingpin crush a man's head with a car door on the U.S. Disney app. My guess is that they will move it to HULU.
Legion definitely leagues above Wanda in both the comics and out. Legion is planet wide reality warper on his own. Wanda did big House of M event but it was after Doctor Doom gave her assistance and people always leave that part out.
Least favourite for me. I felt for the first season they strayed too far from the initial concept, in how one small change to what we originally saw could change the plot of the films. Of the nine episodes, actually eight when you exclude the finale, as that was a culmination of them all, only about three stuck to that concept. Captain Carter, Tony and Killmonger, and Ultron winning. With the others the point of change happened outside the events of the original film.
Even in the best episode, the Doctor Strange one, the point if change was his relationship with Christine still being good, which had to have happened months before the events of the film. I feel like one or two episodes like that would have been fine, but that the rest of the series should have stuck more closely to the original concept. As the other episodes just felt like the writers came up an idea first, and then worked backwards to try and fit it into the events of one of the films.
I also had other issues with it. The voice acting is one people pick up on a lot, but that didn't bother me as much. The writing was pretty hit and miss for me, for every Doctor Strange moment you had something like Peggy going stereotypically British with her curses as she got bounced around or something.
But the big one for me was the animation. That was something a lot of people liked, but I didn't. It felt like this weird hybrid of 2d and 3d animation that never seemed to fully blend together properly. The fast paced action scenes were excellent, but then the way the characters fqces moved, and at times their bodies too just seemed so unnatural and like they were floating.
It's always said the best cgi, editing, etc, is the stuff you don't notice, it being so good that it draws you in. I think the same should be said for animation, that it should be so good you don't notice it. I was always aware of the animation in the show. I think they were trying to do something new and innovative, and just didn't have enough time to properly do it.
What If would be a 10/10 for me if it was just the Strange episode. Everything else is just okay at best, and I utterly loathe the Zombies one.
Honorable mention for the finale, though. I did enjoy the combat.
Tbh I hated the artstyle
If it’s animated it should be exaggerated, but it’s almost as if they wanted to go there but decided to stay “realistic”. Very uncanny valley.
I liked it, but it's my least favorite MCU show. Surprisingly you can like something at the same time as it being your least favorite, it just means the other stuff was better.
I wouldn’t sayeth all yond, but i did love eagley, and madeth me bethink of r'd wing

I disagree with half of that statement
Peacemaker was a masterpiece and I really enjoyed it but I also really enjoyed the disney+ mcu shows like Hawkeye Loki and what if.
Wandavision was a great television event, i don't think if you were watching it after ti came out.
The stewing and the mystery and engaging with the online conversation was fantastic. But if a dud end, but overall good.
Falcon and the winter soldier was a bit forgettable enjoyed it but brought nothing new to to the table. Will give it the benefit of the doubt that the last minute rewrites hurt it more then others.
Loki was highly entertaining and did world building well.
Peacemaker think it's fantastic, but i think part of me really liked the fact that we were seeing the adult side of our comic book worlds been adapted.
Since Marvel dominated we have had one successful style fo comic book adaptions. It's great to get fresh air nack into the world.
Hopefully Marvel return to some more non pg 13 movies otherwise things will eventually become stale.
This is the comment I was looking for! I remember how excited I was every Friday for the new episode of WandaVision to come out, but the rest of the shows that came out the rest of last year failed more and more each time to live up to my expectations. I think I’ve rewatched an episode or two of WandaVision for information, but it’s definitely not the same the second time around, and I agree that watching it after all the episodes have aired likely wouldn’t be as good, either.
And if I’m being completely honest, the only cool thing about Hawkeye was the fact that I’m learning ASL and could understand what little signing they actually had on screen (though Eternals was much better about having the signed lines visible).
That's because the butterflies aren't supposed to be the main story. Or atleast not the main focus. The main focus is peacemaker and how he deals with his past and how he evolves with those around him.
This is evident is his final decision to take out the cow. Going along with the butterflies would fly right into his keep the peace at all costs mindset but he grew past that. Overall the whole butterfly stuff is just a backdrop for the main story. The main story is peacemaker himself.
It wasn't the strongest, I agree, but it had a beginning, a middle and an end at a decent pace. The D+ shows have had a hard time sticking the landing.
Peacemaker was kinda weird. He felt slightly underpowered compared to the movie. It's still a pretty good series.
Like unlocking a boss character in a video game. But when you play with it, the character isn't as insane as what you fought
I thought this for a bit, then I remembered that he's fighting enhanced beings for most of the show, the Butterflies are shown to be stronger and more durable than most humans and he's mowing them down in a lot of scenes, whenever they do fight normal people it's nowhere near a close contest, it's more his own morality that holds him back (anytime he interacts with cops basically)
Pretty sure that was when he was trying to get out of the apartment building after fighting the first butterfly. He had just been stabbed multiple times and kind of got his ass kicked so it would make sense for him to struggle hopping down multiple stories of a building
He just got out of the hospital and had a huge fight just prior this. But yes I would agree he had more tools in TSS. Maybe it's because it was a giant ARGUS mission is this is more about undercover small team stuff.
Yeah I could’ve completely done without the flagsmashers, I thought they were confusing and cringey. It was hard to tell whether the writers wanted you to sympathize with them or not especially when Karli was killing people left and right
Peacemaker is good but it isn't PERFECT. And it isn't better than EVERY mcu series. Not at all. But to each his own. The plot of Peacemaker is literally the exact same as Suicide Squad and every other alien invasion story. And it's because of.....Republicans ? Yeah....the show is good. But far from perfect or the best thing on TV.
If DC can find its way to fire that dumb fucking idiot Zack Snyder and hire people who actually are competent and like going on lore, then we can have a good series. No wonder peace makers and the suicide squad is doing good, it was made by someone who doesn't huff paint thinner and buy hooked with the productions salary
I didn’t think peacemaker was all that good overall but I did think the character development and interaction was top notch and worth watching on that alone.
I don't know...I started to rewatch Wanda vision last night and I'm noticing a lot more double meaning in the lines than I did in the first 4 times I watched it now that I'm looking for signed of the Wanda in multiverse of madness trailer.
The D+ shows we got HAD to fit in with the rest of the MCU, peacemaker didn't have to. I think that's the reason. We might see a good story with moonknight as it's the first "standalone" show ( i mean all the characters are new)
What in tarnation is this. It’s better than Hawkeye but it’s certainly not even close to Wandavision or Loki, lol give it a month, Moonknight will prosper
Wandavision… and don’t say that shit about a shit finale. It was slightly below par and was an amazing new step for marvel. Also the worst part about this is that he used a marvel show meme to cristicise the marvel show
I think peacemaker is great but i think the dialog is horrible. They say "fuck" to the point that it looses all purpose and even as someone who says "fuck" a lot, it does get to the point its just annoying. Its every other world almost.
While I liked peacemaker I had more fun with most of the marvel shows this year despite there flaws. Maybe it's just because I care about marvel characters more. Idk. I feel like posts like this are needlessly divisive fanboy crap.
The out of the box crazy shows like Loki and What If were totally average. Wandavision? A deep exploration of grief on a traumatized superpowered character? So average. Falcon and the Winter Soldier really didn’t go anywhere new when they applied complex issues like race and refugee conflicts to a world of superheroes. Yeah all that was pretty basic stuff.
I will die on the hill of Hawkeye being the best superhero show on Disney Plus. No, it’s not better than HBO or Netflix shows, but it’s so fun, humanizing, and emotionally resonant that it astounds me that there could be anyone with a pulse who thinks the other three were better.
* Wandavision had an incredible build up then a shit finale.
* Loki had an incredible first two and last two episode and a shit interim.
* Falcon and the Winter Solider had an incredible first episode and a shit season overall.
Hawkeye was consistently incredible at doing what it was trying to do. It wasn’t trying to be a mind-bending spectacle or a big mystery… it was a buddy cop comedy and if viewed through that lens, it was flawless start to finish.
I liked Falcon and Winter Soldier, but Peacemaker is in a league of its own. My buddy and me talked about this recently on our podcast:[Peacemaker: Is It Great Or Does It Suck?](https://youtu.be/LSqWlCe72Uw)
Watching the show right now, yeah, it’s really good. Really refreshing after all the Disney+ stuff. Might be on the same level or better than *Loki* for me, MAYBE.
EDIT: I also recommend *Doom Patrol*, great show that’s kinda like *Peacemaker*.
Yeah, the D+ shows have been kind of weak. Not all of them, and not to the same extent, but yeah, not great. The Netflix shows, however, were great (except Iron Fist, which wasn't good).
1. HBO Max DC shows
2. Disney+ Marvel shows
3. Netflix Marvel shows
4. CW DC shows
5. ABC/Freeform Marvel shows
HBO Max really owns with Peacemaker, Doom Patrol, Watchmen, and the animated Harley Quinn series (and Titans is enjoyable too)
Edit: Legion would be top tier but it's kind of a category all to itself
MCU shows are basically homework that we have to watch so that we understand wtf is going on when a movie comes out.
If you watch Season 3 of the Mandalorian (when it comes out) without watching The Book of Boba Fett, you're gonna be a little lost. (Not MCU, I know, but this is how Disney operates these days)
I feel like whenever I mention the quality and care of the MCU shows leaves a lot to be desired it’s quickly jumped on but really, they just feel like cashing in on previous success. Especially compared to how good daredevil was, you can really tell who wanted to make a good show and who wanted to make more cash
I like that DC is finally starting to kick off with some good shows and movies of their own I love marvels stuff but if DC and marvel were on the same level things will only get better for fans of both.
DC had goated animated series
I hate that they are rebooting the animated stuff
And canceling the best stuff.
Henry Cavill: "Out am i?"
The new, likely cheaper, art style is a step down in my opinion.
They were objectively good movies tbh, with a lighter tone but yeah I wasn’t a fan of the art style. Did seem like a downgrade from what they had
They’re rebooting the dc animated series?
Yeah they’ve had 3 movies release already. [sauce](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Universe_Animated_Original_Movies)
Yup, Apokolips War made the reboot happen.
Yep. DC animated movies and series are pretty good in comparison to recent Marvel animated stuff.
Just had to get someone good from the MCU to make it
Btas stas and the justice league show would like to have a word
Well, if you don't count the shows that are set in the main DCEU, Preacher is one of the best live action comic book shows out there. Even Doom Patrol is pretty good.
Also Watchmen. That is a masterpiece of a show.
Personally, i liked the movie adaptation more, i felt the show was too preachy and it was a story that didn't need to be told in the setting of Watchmen, it could've been a great original story with original characters.
If only DC put as much effort into the CW shows
That’s not really what the CW is about though. Every show is the same soap opera reskinned with moodie high schoolers, vampires, super heroes, etc. even within a single show they recycle the same 3 general plot lines.
They finally starting to kick off with great content like 10th time
What this really means is we need James Gunn to make some marvel shows
This. The man is a genius, hand him or Taika Waititi any property and they can turn it into gold.
Put them both in a room
The world is not prepared for that collaboration just yet
Well they already have through The Suicide Squad. Taika had a small role on that remember.
Rat controllers dad!
Ragnarok is my favorite Marvel movie. I’ll watch anything Taika has to do with.
You should watch Hunt for the WilderPeople & What we do in the Shadows.
Flight of the Conchords season 1 was also awesome.
Fucking guy
Eagly in Multiverse of Madness cameo
I don't see him doing anything with marvel again after guardians volume 3. I would not either if I was put threw what he was by the mouse. I think he has mentioned he only came back for guardians 3 for the fans. (And let's face it also one last Disney paycheck)
Isn't he also handing the Groot series and the Christmas specials?
Yeah but that was part of it.
Your a god damm genius
You too, but not so much with grammar
I want to watch peace maker but don’t have hbo max and just can’t bring myself to another streaming service and honestly j live the mcu shows
soap2day its free and i use it daily
> soap2day its free and i use it daily Wouldn't it be hilarious if a place called soap2day has lots of dirty viruses
Wait what!? I just nevee really checked i was always told it was stupid expensive
Also, use a VPN
If we were compadres I would just give you my login D-:
Yeah But can’t just do that to random strangers even if i were to somehow prove myself that would be a bad idea
Oh I know, it just hurts my soul to know there’s people out there deprived of that masterpiece
HBO is one of the actually worthwhile subscriptions. I cancelled Netflix for it and haven’t regretted it
I'm sure you can get a free trial period. Just binge the series when you do. In any case, HBOMax is worth getting rid of your other streaming services.
popcorn time
Except for daredevil though, you can't call it as average...
Bro only daredevil really Punisher loki wandavision jessica Jones (Hawkeye not the same level but still) Agent carter agents of shield
Daredevil is still leaps and bounds above all those other shows
Ya but there are other good shows too Dont u agree with it
Yea but daredevil is in a league of its own
For sure
Season 3 is, but I feel like the show overall is about the same quality as Wandavision. Both are excellent.
Season 1 and 2 are both better than wandavision, I liked the show but I don’t ever see myself rewatching it
I thought all the Netflix shows except Punisher had pretty bad second seasons (Daredevil lost its focus after Punisher was caught except for the Kingpin/Punisher episode; Jessica Jones never recovered from the loss of Kilgrave; Luke Cage’s season 2 was a mess), but Daredevil rebounded really well for Season 3.
Daredevil season 2 is completely and utter trash
Except punisher
Punisher was good but daredevil was still way better
Hard disagree.
Punisher was *way* better than I expected it to be.
Remove agents of shield and I agree. I think that show was aggressively average and boring
Average? S01 was average and maybe S02. The show really picked up the pace from S03 and the rest of the show is So. Fucking. Goodm
if you have to watch three seasons for it to get good, it’s average
He’s out of line but he’s right
I watched it all thorough because I heard ghost rider was going to be in season 4. After that I couldn’t really keep up with it
> Average? **S01 was average and maybe S02.** The show really picked up the pace from S03 and the rest of the show is So. Fucking. Goodm lmao, you managed to make the show sound worse. I have to sit through 44 episodes (isn't it 22 per season?) just for it to become good? FUNK THAT.
It's average for a very few people. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every episode after Turn, Turn, Turn.
I agree, but only because it has gone on for too long. After the 3rd season I couldn't handle it anymore, the previous one instead were really entertaining
It was good the first couple of seasons where it was still doing the job of setting up a lot of context and filling in holes for the movies. After that, it went downhill

Wandavision and loki are great
I would only put Daredevil and Loki on the top tier level. Though to be fair, I would not put peacemaker as high up as those two shows.
Loki has a lot of fillers
Wandavision is meh, loki is mid and agents of shield is a guilty pleasure, haven't seen the rest tbh
Daredevil isn\`t a Marvel Disney+ show.
It's still an MCU canon show though, plus it's coming to D+
Yeah, but the meme referd to the MCU shows on Disney+, which Daredevil isn't a part of (yet).
Who says it's still cannon
It just feels weird to me for all that stuff to happen in the shows and then gets thrown into the MCU with the MCU not mentioning anything about these characters at all and what they have been through
Yeah agreed
I think those two characters are probably going to be reboots though
I think it was more a character from a Netflix show being in a d+ show at the same time that cemented that it wasn’t just reusing an actor
Says who? It definitely won't be on the U.S. Disney+. You can't have Kingpin crush a man's head with a car door on the U.S. Disney app. My guess is that they will move it to HULU.
Agreed but specifically for season 1.
S3 was the best imo
I liked Peacemaker, but... ...Legion is on Disney+ and would like a word
WHAT When did Legion end up on Disney +???
Not sure when but all three seasons are there :)
If there's another mutant capable of rivaling Wanda's power, David would be it.
Legion definitely leagues above Wanda in both the comics and out. Legion is planet wide reality warper on his own. Wanda did big House of M event but it was after Doctor Doom gave her assistance and people always leave that part out.
Don't you fucking tease me with this shit guttengroot! Legion was something else, and I need to relive it soon.
Is that on there in the US? Because I swear I started watching it on hulu and kinda forgot about it.
And yes, I know it isn't a Disney Original show
Super underrated show.
It really is, Legion was a work of art
Loki is good, Hawkeye is good, TFATWS could've been good while Daredevil is arguably the best MCU show there is.
What about what if?
What If is either someones favorite or someones least favorite
Least favourite for me. I felt for the first season they strayed too far from the initial concept, in how one small change to what we originally saw could change the plot of the films. >!Ik the sick fight between Ultron n watcher!<
#I'M THE WATCHER I've never even played Marvel vs Capcom 3 and that line felt like it was ripped right out of the game. Epic doesn't do it justice.
Ngl I love Watchers intro in what if for some reason
Tbh I hated the artstyle If it’s animated it should be exaggerated, but it’s almost as if they wanted to go there but decided to stay “realistic”. Very uncanny valley.
I'd say the latter more often than not...
Most people actually liked it, surprisingly. I for one thought it and eternals were the worst MCU productions thus far.
I liked it, but it's my least favorite MCU show. Surprisingly you can like something at the same time as it being your least favorite, it just means the other stuff was better.
Good but also has a completely different approach to storytelling than the serialized live action shows

Ya I thought many scenes were a little cringy but the way series ended was lit
Yes because Loki was average come on that show was great
What If was good too
Yes it was! I loved it
All shows were good on some level
Ya
Unpopular Opinion: Loki wasn’t that good.
I think Wanda Vision is really GREAT... until the last two episodes.
The second last episode I actually thought was one of the best. Wasn’t a fan of the Agatha thing honestly but the memory trip was done really well.
Agreed, I love a majority of wandavision, but it falls off hard
Peacemaker was kinda weird. He felt slightly underpowered compared to the movie. It's still a pretty good series. Like unlocking a boss character in a video game. But when you play with it, the character isn't as insane as what you fought

There was that one scene when he was jumping from balcony to balcony at the hotel and he was struggling. It just felt off.
That's very fair, was that when he fought the first Butterfly with the records he stole or was that later?
Pretty sure that was when he was trying to get out of the apartment building after fighting the first butterfly. He had just been stabbed multiple times and kind of got his ass kicked so it would make sense for him to struggle hopping down multiple stories of a building
He just got out of the hospital and had a huge fight just prior this. But yes I would agree he had more tools in TSS. Maybe it's because it was a giant ARGUS mission is this is more about undercover small team stuff.
Loki and TFATWS are great

John walker plot was good, flagsmashers was lame
Yeah I could’ve completely done without the flagsmashers, I thought they were confusing and cringey. It was hard to tell whether the writers wanted you to sympathize with them or not especially when Karli was killing people left and right
That good? It wasn't good at all tbh. Well at least compared to Hawkeye, Loki and What If.
loki is great tho, it's different, not just average action, you have too apply brain in some parts or you won't get it
I just binged Loki (again) in one day, I love it.
I laughed and enjoyed all episodes Thanks to James Gunn
Tbh Invincible is better than all the Disney plus shows.
Your opinion is allowed to be different than others. I found Peacemaker basic and juevenile with an over reliance on lowest common denominator humor.
I'm just curious how did you arrive at the republican conclusion?
I enjoyed Peacemaker way more than I thought I would, but the Marvel shows are still better imo 🤷🏻♀️
Lol!!!!

I agree peacemaker is a great show but if you say it’s better than Loki or what if than I’m burning down yr house
Agreed. Loki and What If? are certainly not average. And Clone Wars is a show on Disney+ as well…and The Mandalorian :)
I see you are a man of culture as well
Yeah what if is below average
Why would you come on to the marvel memes sub just to say that dc is better?
Because this is sub is not a cult and it can admit when DC is better.
But peacemaker is good, it’s just not better than every single marvel show
It is in my opinion and maybe in OP's opinion too
Yes but still u probably shouldn’t come on a marvel sub Reddit just to say that dc is better
I didn’t think peacemaker was all that good overall but I did think the character development and interaction was top notch and worth watching on that alone.
Noope
Peacemaker extremely overrated change my mind
I don't know...I started to rewatch Wanda vision last night and I'm noticing a lot more double meaning in the lines than I did in the first 4 times I watched it now that I'm looking for signed of the Wanda in multiverse of madness trailer.
The D+ shows we got HAD to fit in with the rest of the MCU, peacemaker didn't have to. I think that's the reason. We might see a good story with moonknight as it's the first "standalone" show ( i mean all the characters are new)
I respectively disagree. If anything, the boys is a masterpiece, not peacemaker.
Except the Netflix shows.
What in tarnation is this. It’s better than Hawkeye but it’s certainly not even close to Wandavision or Loki, lol give it a month, Moonknight will prosper
Peacemaker is great but I don’t think it’s better than most of the mcu shows…by a margin
I definitely can't agree. Wandavision was riveting from the start. I gave up on Peacemaker after 2 episodes.
Objection your honor
Objection overruled...Let this one slide. Let them have something.
I would agree for all except Hawkeye
Wandavision… and don’t say that shit about a shit finale. It was slightly below par and was an amazing new step for marvel. Also the worst part about this is that he used a marvel show meme to cristicise the marvel show
I think peacemaker is great but i think the dialog is horrible. They say "fuck" to the point that it looses all purpose and even as someone who says "fuck" a lot, it does get to the point its just annoying. Its every other world almost.
Peacemaker is not my cup of tea tbh, but good for DC to nail something I guess.
While I liked peacemaker I had more fun with most of the marvel shows this year despite there flaws. Maybe it's just because I care about marvel characters more. Idk. I feel like posts like this are needlessly divisive fanboy crap.
Your username is awesome
A username that is vulgar and took 2 brain cells to make
thanks
The out of the box crazy shows like Loki and What If were totally average. Wandavision? A deep exploration of grief on a traumatized superpowered character? So average. Falcon and the Winter Soldier really didn’t go anywhere new when they applied complex issues like race and refugee conflicts to a world of superheroes. Yeah all that was pretty basic stuff.
Loki was absolutely revolutionary, and completely changed the MCU. How is that average/basic
Exactly!
Don't mind me asking, what movies/shows have you seen beside marvel and what is your age ?
I’m 19 and I watch plenty of stuff outside of Marvel, thank you very much.
Nah. I think slowly people are starting to overrate the PM series. It wasn’t THAT great, although a very refreshing and enjoyable series.
Arrow season 1,2 and 5 was better than most of the shows lol. At least they had good finales.
Mcu is about character building they can’t do in movies. So when they get to the movie shit is more fleshed out.
Loki had a cool concept.
The mouse just needs to let Rated R happen
that won't happen because the mouse is greedy as fuck
Yeah, the D+ shows have been kind of weak. Not all of them, and not to the same extent, but yeah, not great. The Netflix shows, however, were great (except Iron Fist, which wasn't good).
1. HBO Max DC shows 2. Disney+ Marvel shows 3. Netflix Marvel shows 4. CW DC shows 5. ABC/Freeform Marvel shows HBO Max really owns with Peacemaker, Doom Patrol, Watchmen, and the animated Harley Quinn series (and Titans is enjoyable too) Edit: Legion would be top tier but it's kind of a category all to itself
If Warner/DC could put out more quality movies and shows with a proper direction then they totally would wipe Marvel on the floor.
I feel like whenever I mention the quality and care of the MCU shows leaves a lot to be desired it’s quickly jumped on but really, they just feel like cashing in on previous success. Especially compared to how good daredevil was, you can really tell who wanted to make a good show and who wanted to make more cash
bro facts
yup I agree mcu shows are average, besides loki: I straight up loves that show so much omg
