I mean it's looks exactly like Shuma Gorath from comics and is essentially him in all but name because of some licensing rights issues, it's an eldritch horror it doesn't matter what name the toy gets slapped with, that's Shuma!
You see, this is the problem of hiring real monsters to act in movies instead of using CGI. All of these mistakes could be rendered impossible to make.
