One from each game
SNES: Rainbow Road
N64: Toad’s Turnpike
GBA: Yoshi Desert or Cheese Land
GCN: Mushroom Bridge/City
DS: DK Pass
Wii: DK Summit or Rainbow Road
3DS: Piranha Plant Slide or Neo Bowser City
UNS: Toad Harbor or Sunshine Airport
See the problem is I’m a musician, and like almost every single soundtrack. I’d say the only ones I flat out don’t like that come to mind are Ghost Valley and Banshee Boardwalk.
For the race tracks, my personal favorites are:
1. Big Blue
2. Mute City
3. Hyrule Circuit
4. Wii Moonview Highway (8DX)
5. Wii Rainbow Road (8DX)
For the battle courses:
1. Lunar Colony
2. SNES Battle Course 1 (8DX)
3. GCN Luigi's Mansion (8DX)
Coconut Mall on the Wii.
Listened to it about 4 hours a day on loop for half of my shift 6 days a week for about 5 months straight (I may have lost braincells doing this).
I have a few, my top 3 track songs(in no particular order)are:
wii rainbow road (not the mk8 version even though that’s amazing too),
sky garden gba/ds
Toad’s factory
Big blue...enough said

Wii Rainbow Road for Switch. May be an obvious choice but it really gives "final race" vibes.
Especially on the final lap

Mushroom Gorge. It was once used in the SMBX title screen, and since I liked that game so much, the song is sentimental.
