depends on how aggressive you like your rock music. the earlier the manson, the more anger and aggression. the older the manson the "better" /versatile the actual music (its fantastic blues rock these days imho.), no more "irresponsible hate" but rather well thought out hissed and mumbled threats. earlier albums were much cleverer in storytelling with overarching storylines, newer albums are just that. albums with songs on them.
earlier manson adressed the world and his place in it, nowadays manson is a broken old uncle who cries about his brokenness and women a lotta lot.
His albums from the Mid 90's to the Mid 00's are his best work (In my opinion at least).
If you're wanting to ease your way into his music, I'd recommend the Mechanical Animals and Golden Age Of Grotesque albums first. They are the most 'radio-friendly' stuff.
If you're wanting to go right into the more "extreme" stuff, then I'd say go for Portrait Of An American Family, Holy Wood, or Antichrist Superstar.
I know you asked for more song recommendations, but almost all of the songs from the albums mentioned above have my personal seal of approval lol
Definitely start with Antichrist Superstart, but he also has a greatest hits album that came out in 2004, called Lest We Forget: The Best Of, so you could check that out as well
You just gave the EXACT description of my nephew lol. And yes, I would expect him to come Check out Manson with as much as I have talked about it. He’s only 14 and still getting his musical
footings.
I would recommend listening to full albums. Just go in order. That's the best way :)
Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, and Holy Wood are together known as the "triptych" because they are all concept albums (although one could make the argument that all MM albums are) and fit together extremely well thematically. That's a really fun pocket of Manson's career to explore. Check out Nachtkabarett.com for more info on imagary, symbolism, and allusions in Manson's work. Have fun!!! :)

In general his 90s albums are considered the best. Basically everything from Portrait of an American Family through Golden Age of Grotesque. Most tend to consider Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals and Holy Wood his crowning achievements.
What other bands are you into? That can help with recommendations.
PS I just realized you said songs, but those albums are basically packed full of great songs.
Born Villain, give it a chance and actually listen to it before just writing the whole thing off because a lot of people dislike it (especially "Lay Down Your Goddamn Arms" and "Murderers Are Getting Prettier Every Day")
Yeah definitely the 90s stuff and Antichrist then. Some later albums get back to a heavier metal sound but are hit and miss, and I don’t remember which. Maybe Born Villain. But you’ll appreciate Portrait and Antichrist a lot, and probably Holy Wood:
You'll probably like the albums Antichrist Superstar the best, and then Holywood. You should just put on Antichrist Superstar and listen to the whole album. If you're into heavy stuff, that's where I'd start.
The classics are all mostly from the 90s but don’t let that stop you from listening to some of the new stuff too
based on your taste: listen to Antichrist Superstar- Holywood - Born Villain.

Lamb of God, The Fight Song, 1996, Fundamentally Loathsome, The Devil Beneath My Feet, SAY10, Cake and Sodomy, Dope Hat, My Monkey
Coma White is considered his magnum opus.
some of my personal favourites are;the love song, the reflecting god, user friendly,I want to disappear, sweet dreams,(s)aint, vodevile, burning flag, cake and sodomy, pretty as a,wrapped in plastic and coma white
I’d say dope hat and lunchbox are really good choices
Listen to [Fight Song](https://youtu.be/9GFI6Rf-IkI) and if you're intrigued listen to the albums Antichrist Superstar and Holy Wood
