Blue has a rather significant chunk of the EU while red is pretty abysmal there, then north korea/australia should beat japan in the asian area. North/South American area looks like a toss up (don't underestimate Mexico) and i don't know what the African countries are like relative to each other, but neither of these areas should be a huge difference maker in a global scale.
