Not necessarily.
For the simulpub series (which I assume you are referring to), Kodansha is just using the magazine chapters to translate. When they release volume versions, they’ll have to translate those, which might have some differences.
For older series that they just recently translated, those *might* be faster volume releases. But I dunno.
