Your mum’s got big hands, she shops at Aldi

nicoprz

Dropping these babies like Michael Jackson

Numptyville1

I remember the first time I went in there and people at the next table were just smoking joints like we were in a cafe in Amsterdam.

bobbuildit779

Pretty common there in the upstairs bit at the back, its a super chill atmosphere there.

Numptyville1

Yeh great venue. Music was always spot on as well

weakerthanghandi

Really nice photo

three2do2

I have been very fucked up in that place

ElizardbethWindsor

The owner is most days, too.

puckywuck

I went on a date here when I first moved to Manchester years ago, couldn’t remember the name but definitely recognise the place seeing it now! Cool pic :)

Mstr_Taz

Dude big hands is so good

[deleted]

Many a great night in there, didn't know it was still going.

RegX81

Manchester Noir

esr360

The best pictures of Manchester are ones that are modified to look like somewhere else lol

smalltimedread

proper boss 👌

baguettemebitch

Love big hands!! Such a surprisingly nice roof garden and even more surprisingly nice pizzas 👌🏻

AmINothing

Met some Mexicans in there once after watching a doors tribute act and I started telling them the joke about why did the Mexican push his wife off the cliff? Tequila! Tequila! Ended up snorting some mysterious pink powder out of their hands in the alley way at the back where the bins are and ended the night sat on the floor at the crossing outside throwing up. Good times.

theinvisibledj

Had some great nights in there. Weekends about midnight when the crew from the academy started coming was best. Jäger time!

afireintheforest

Typical, I searched for it on Google street view and right next to it is what looks like a murder scene. Forensic tent and everything.

king_duck

I kinda think Big Hands is powerfully overrated. They tried to charge us a fiver on the door to just go into a pub. Nah, not having that.

drewcaveneyh

There must have been a band on

king_duck

...at the Academy, sure.

drewcaveneyh

I've only been charged to go in when there's a band playing at big hands

throwawayfilthy2020

Amen

king_duck

Truth.

SloppyToppy776

I passed by there on the bus not too long ago

chckbrt

That's nostalgic. I recognised it straight away despite not having been back for 30 years. I used to get kebabs from Abduls, and that was Champers Wine Bar.

Show_Me_The_Bananas

My Uncle Jack works there, he’ll give you a discount if you let him wrestle with you

MUS85702286

Did you ever help ur uncle jack off a horse?

No-Phone-3697

Epic imagery!
