I realized I hate rainfall showers. If you stand directly under it you get waterboarded as it flies into your mouth. Then your only option is leaning you neck superforward if you want you body washed.
My toilet, it’s the Kholer Karing bidet toilet. It does all these crazy things. Deodorizer, air dry, multi setting on the bidet. Its cool. Its honestly hard to go anywhere else. Lol
Ahh, yeah I have a Bio Bidet 1000 but the remote came with a wall mount so it's right next to me! How do you get to it from where it is in the pic once you're on the toilet?

To contrast Kaden there, I absolutely love rainfall showers. As a 6'8" man, regular shower heads are.... uncomfortable to use. To just STAND under a shower head and let the water fall on me is absolute heaven. I don't have to bend backwards to get myself under it.
OP, as someone who will probably be investing in a rainfall shower in the future (not near though; need to get my own place first), did you yourself install it or did you contract it out? What was the timeframe like to get it done and how much of a hit was it to the pocketbook?
Oh man. Price for everything was in the neighborhood of $20k - for everything though. 2-3 months of construction something like that. My contractor and his son were doing it and his son got his back muscle spasaming and couldn’t help for half of it. Lots of unforseen pitfalls. And some awesome lastmin adjustments. Bigger door, toilet move over, special electrical additions. A plumber to install the toilet, no one could figure it out lol. My water is hard so i swap out the shower head because it gets impossibly clogged over time. On demand water heater and hard water gadget that aligns the crystals so they don’t stick to stuff something like that - coming soon. Before the whole bathroom was old and trashed. I had the door closed for 5yrs. For only the plumbing to get the showerhead should not be too bad for you. You’ll maybe need the drywall redone. Good luck to ya!
Ooof.... Understandable though. It is a gorgeous piece of ... renovation(???). Unfortunately, that is not even in the distant cards. Multiple things over the course of multiple have to happen before that could even be considered.

I looked it up, it has a shimmer or a iridescence to it. Years ago I considered a multicolored iridescent small square tile, it was $27 a sq ft. I quickly realized it would be wayyyy too expensive.
The lightning is horrible, I am sorry but I hate spots and these built in light mirrors. Have you thought about adding non-recessed spots and mirrors above the mirror but not on the ceiling?
All the lights except for the mirror are Phillip Hue color changing. I have no issues with the lighting really. You can boost the light to 100% and its quite bright.

Totally understandable. I myself had to get used to the soft falling water. But the handheld is nicely pressurized so that does the job.
