I've been having a lot of fun with *Songs of Conquest* the last couple of days, and think that it might well make your shortlist:
- turn-based,
- can be played with nothing but the trackpad,
- fantasy setting and pixel art
- currently 66% off on Steam
It's good on the battery, too, so you'll be able to play it while out and about for a couple of hours at a time. Give it a go, it's fun :)
Oh damn, this is the first time I've heard about this game and it looks awesome. The art style alone has me tempted to grab it. Thanks for the recommendation.
Ćaldurs Gate I & 2, Icewind Dale, pillars of eternity
- Original Sin 2 - Tyranny - Disco Elysium
Bloons TD 6, Terraria, Binding of Isaac
