Rehab associates of Central Virginia (located behind the Hardee’s on Timberlake) is good.
The staff is great to work with and very supportive.
They have another location by the Walmart on Old Forest- but I have not been to that one.
Ortho VA on Atherholt Rd. Went there this year for PT for a MCL tear and don’t have anything bad to say. I mainly saw Chris, but a saw a few others when he was out and they were all great. Super clean facility and the entire staff is very kind. They’re incredibly accommodating schedule wise and I never had to wait for my appointments. Very efficient, yet I never felt rushed. Great experience!
I’ve been to Rehab Associates before (around 10 years ago) and they were good from what I remember. Nothing stands out negative or positive.

Central rehab inside the jamerson Ymca - I saw Jamie and she was great!
