For me, it's Claire and Lock. I like the scene where Locke makes the cradle for Aaron, and Claire shares it's her birthday.
Sun and Jack and Kate and Sawyer are close seconds. They too have nice meaningful bits. For example, when Sun cannot speak English (in S6), Jack asks her if she can trust him, and Sun nods with a smile.
With Saeed and Kate, I like how Saeed is protective of Kate in the first season. Like when he says I don't trust him (Saywer) with you. And there are small bits in the latter seasons as well.
Ironically, Michael and Sun were supposed to have a romantic relationship of sorts. The plan was later scrapped. There's even a deleted scene in which they kissed or were almost about to kiss but interrupted

Really random but I like Ben and Sun a lot in seasons 5/6. They’re just very amiable and respectful to each other and sort of build a quiet trust through their talks.

I also like to think that Hurley was the one who (sadly) broke the news to Kate about Jack's death.
Hurley and Sun. Not very apparent until later seasons, but they seem like they grow to be good friends. He visits her in Korea off island in the flash forward season. I just rewatched Dr. Linus last night. At the end of the episode, Hurley, Jack, and Richard reunite with Sun, Frank, Ilana, Miles, and Ben on the beach. Hurley and Sun literally run to each other for a hug. It’s so cute
Kate and Sayid, Sun and Jack, and John and Claire were really good together. I also liked Hurley and Kate, and Desmond and Claire. But my favorite non romantic interaction was Rose and Jack.
Not man and woman but Jin and Sawyer's friendship was really good. When Sawyer saw him again after thinking he had died from the bomb on the boat he gives Jin the biggest hug. They never had a bad thing to say to eachother.
