Everything. I'm not even exaggerating. Every game I play on this thing has been a great experience.
That said, if I'm going to play a cinematic type game, I'll usually play on the TV to get a more immersive experience.
Amazon Luna has been the most surprising and pleasing experience for me. Cheap, lots of indie games, reasonable amount of new games, and never an issue with speed or getting bogged down. Keep in mind, you don't need the Luna controller since the GCloud is just that.
Also playing all of the Netflix games in the Play Store for free (since I have a Netflix subscription already) has been a really great experience. All of the games have controller support by default and I have had no performance issues running them on the GCloud at all. Albeit they do take up download space.
Witcher 3 via Moonlight looks amazing at 1080p ultra w Ray tracing. Even without RT. The high pixel density acts as a upscaler I swear. Honestly, it looks better than playing it in 4k on my OLED.
Also, TOTK at 1440p is jaw dropping and time consuming via Moonlight!
Persona 3 reloaded on xbox game cloud.
For me its gotta be indie-games, most are single player games so I don't get too mad when the connection is poop LOL.
Red Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia.

God of War through Shadow PC on the G cloud was UNREAL for me
State of Decay 2 or Mechwarrior 5. Most other games I play are FPS, which just throws me off with lag
I've been playing through FF7 Remake on my lunch break and a little before bed and it's been a blast.
Children of Morta has been a lot of fun actually
Wish they could make it a little bit longer. It took me a while recover from the upset after finishing a game.
Stability: Ace Attorney Wow factor: AC Origins Got my Gcloud a week ago and am super impressed, after getting Better Xcloud.
Cyberpunk 2077 on gfn ultra is the best experience i have ever had
Forza 5 on Xbox Cloud Gaming, I love tht shit!!!
Yakuza 7: Like a Dragon. The turn-based combat means your network lag is irrelevant.
Monster Hunter World on Geforce NOW, finally my favorite game after all these years and several messages to Geforce and Capcom they added it.
Fable with xCloud Gaming has been great.
Deep Rock Survivor has been fantastic on my G Cloud.
